WEBSITE: First design wasn't nice i asked for another one they provided me with another layout i was happy at first given the first one wasn't going to work. I tried working with the design and then realized it wasn't going to fit my business at this point after a lot of back and forth i got frustrated and asked for a REFUND. They told me since it was on a dev mock up server that they cant refund me the money, before that they told me that i agreed to the design and before that they told me since it was a promo you cant get a fefund,
API COMMUNICATOR: Never got it that was $1000 bucks
Basically they company will up sell you to death, provide basic basic work you can probably do on word press your self and they do not hold up to there so called 100% guarantee there is always a underline reason why they cant refund your money now i am out $1400 bucks. They call alot after a problem so you cant log your communications via email or text. These people will try to sell you everything under the sun and take your money fast but you'll never get anything in return but half @ss work. Lesson here is you get what you pay for!! ALSO i don't think this place is really located in the states so getting your money back if your not happy is pretty hard.
If you have read a bad review i am pretty sure its true, and just washed out with fake good reviews to give them a better rating. I really wish i read the reviews before i gave them my money.
