I will not do business with them anymore. They tell me the coat I ordered is out of stock. 4 Months later I get the coat, with an extra $50.00 charged to my credit card. I called, and they said price went up. Well, next time before you just send me a coat, I would appreciate if someone would ask me if I am still interested in it. Unethical company with sky-high prices and terrible customer service.
The Bradford Exchange does not back-up what it sells. The company gets your orders incorrect, does not send you what you order in a timely manner, and bills you for orders that you never receive.
When you call customer service, they refuse to assist you, even-though you have proof of them not sending the correct merchandise, some they never send and often send the same item, over and over again.
When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they do not assist you nor try to make you feel as if your purchases are appreciated. They insist you do it THEIR way, when we are the consumer and Bradford Exhange would not exist without us.
And if you want something replaced, they insist you send back the defective item on your own dime, never offering to replace the item with one correctly made.
This company is awful. They have been bought-out by a holding company who is using both Bradford Exchange and Ashton-Drake Galleries as a tax write-off.
The holding company has no intentions of keeping their customers satisfied.
Writing to their supposed corporate offices does no good, sending e-mails does no good and they basically don't care whether you receive outstand customer service or not.
It is extremely disheartening to see a company who once had an outstanding reputation, thrown to the dogs to be eaten-up by corporate greed.
I do not recommed you do business with either company. You will not ever be satisfied with their service nor the quality of their products.

Do Not Purchase anything from the Bradford exchange , these people are selling fake jewelry that isn't real ", that was my experience with this company and I believe a lot of the others cause there have been over 200 complaints already against this company now here is one more to add to that list of complaints , we purchased a what was suppose to be a real silver Cubs World Series Bracelet. We needed the money so we thought we would pawn it trusted that what we had was an original item Well I don't have to tell you what happened you guessed it ! Its not even real silver we bought it for 150.00 The pawnshop offered us 5.00 ", omg ! Are you kidding that is the reason for this report we will never purchase anything from the Bradford Exchange I hope that this will prevent you the consumer from being ripped off . And if your from the Bradford, (shame on you God will get you for taking advantage of good people .
I cancelled 2 boxes of checks from "Bradford Exchange Checks". They confirmed the cancellation, but still withdrew the money ($46.75) from my account.
After contacting them for a refund, or the printed checks, I was told that only a refund was possible, in 3-5 business days. Within that time, I received a check for $5.00 for the EZ shield on the checks, and was later told that 2 checks were sent. A week later, theyadmitted that there was no 2nd check sent, but it was scheduled to be sent. That date has past, still no refund of the remaining amount.
In addition,they sent an invoice for additional money for the order.
