Purchased concert tickets for Bob Segar in Indianapolis for 9/2. After reserving a hotel room, paying for a shuttle to the venue and standing in line for 45 minutes we were told our tickets weren't good. Was referred to the box office where they told us our tickets were used 45 minutes earlier. Left the venue and called customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes. Representative told us we needed to provide proof from the box office when box office was closed once the music started, which it had by this point. This web site is a sham, do not use by any means!!!
