Look, i'm not a person who would say bad things about other people. What happened to me is something that I feel I must share with the world, especially with people from Hong Kong.

After 10 years of hard work, i finally gathered enough money to fulfil my, and my family's dream and move into a bigger house. That was my life's goal.

So a while ago, after going through the financial reports with my wife, we finally saw that there is a chance for us to buy a new house and sell the old one.

So we did it! We bought a new beautiful house and we sold the old one.

We were even more lucky because the new landlord of the house we sold was willing to pay more cash if we moved out in that same week!

Unfortunately, we had no spare money to buy new furniture and equip the new house with new stuff, so we decided we were going to rely on our old "equipment" for a few more years.

So, of course, we accepted the offer and started packing things right away.

On that exact same day we closed the deal, i started searching for the best moving/storage service in Hong Kong and i came across Boxful Storage Service. It looked like the best solution. Their website said they were the cheapest, fastest, and most secured.

So i called them and i was connected to a representative named Norman Cheung guys showed up with a truck. I thought it was okay, nothing important, because we still had a few days left. They loaded the packed things (i myself loaded 60% of it) and left without literally saying anything except "goodbye".

We left the old house on the same day we were supposed to, and we went to a hotel (we needed to stay 10 days in a hotel before we moved in to the new house).

When the time came to move in to the new house, we did it, we left the hotel and headed to the new house.

When we arrived there, i tried to call Boxful and let them know that they can come and bring my stuff to the new location. No answer.

I thought maybe it was lunch time. Being carried away by happniess, me and my family spent the whole day going through and around the house.

When i "woke up", it was actually getting dark. So i tried calling again. No luck.

That day, (and three more days later) my wife and 2 kids spent the night in our car, while i slept inside the house on a chair (we brought a set of "fishing" chairs with us so we could relax in the backyard).

That was just the beginning. They wouldn't respond even the next day. I was so desperate that i tried to reach them online somehow. I visited their website but then i noticed that after a few seconds, the website redirects to a new one. The same guy (Norman) on the pictures again!

I finally found him. I called the new number and i got a response from a lady who redirected me to Norman again.

I was so frustrated that i cannot recall how many lies he told me. First, he was speaking something about them being in transition and that it would take like a week for them to settle things with Boxful.com so they can transport my things back to me.

I COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING. He even told me that i had to pay for the extra days!

I realized i wouldn't get my stuff for one more week so we went back to the hotel.

After 6 days i called and i got Norman on the line again. At first, he sounded like he couldnt remember who i was. I was SHOCKED.

Being completely rude (no apologies at all) he told me that i owed them the total amount + an additional $1,000 for the extra days, the transport of the goods (which is their responsibility) from one storage (Boxful) to another, and finally... he told me that the goods will be delivered in 2 weeks.

What the h...?!?

Just from typing this text i'm getting frustrated again and i would like to cut it. In short words, people.. i had to spend almost a month in a hotel (which drained my pocket), and i had to pay $1,000 extra for their mistakes! Worst of all, he didn't even apologise, he sounded like he don't care.
