Purcahsed two tickets for June 24,2017 - Marlins and Cubs game. Paid $79.99 per seats was given $30 seats - Called on yesterday(June 28) to complaint to the company - spoke with two of the RUDEST people in customer serivce. I was asked "Why did you wait two days after the event" to complain. Well, the number was NOT on the tickets or I would have call from the ball park- Secondly, I had to searching through my emails(from March) to find customer service number. Was told that the ticketholder set the price of the seats. This is the FIRST I heard that I was purchasing tickets from a ticket holder. I was under the IMPRESSION that I was talking with someone from the Marlin office. IM AM PISSED
