Ok so i have have bought 2 of these max trainers the M5 and the M9 both have broke the M5 the console stop working i replaced it at my own cost and on both machines the resistant servo stopped working they build these machines with inferior parts. the actual design is great the workout is good. but if you buy one it is not of a matter of if it will break but WHEN it will break and it will cost you alot to fix it.

on the M9 i bought the extended warranty but I'm getting the runaround from the warranty company not wanting to uphold the warranty the console on the M9 has broken the resistance is no longer working Bowflex says if the warranty company that has to replace it but they fail to realize they chose this Warranty company to represent their brand. So buying the extended warranty is not a safeguard against a broken machine and the Machine will break guaranteed I have bought two of them both of them have broken.

I called the warranty company several times and they keep telling me they're waiting on Bowflex I called Bowflex and Bowflex informs me they have nothing to do with the warranty company the warranty company has to send the part so buyer beware I will give an update on my results if the warranty was honored or not

Purchase a bow flex max trainer six months ago worked great until two months ago and broke we called Nautilis which is also bow flex customer service told how to take apart the machine while we're on the phone they told us it was the belt that was bad they said they would send us a new belt they also asked if we wanted service tech to install it if we did that was $187 I said no when we finally got the belt two weeks later it didn't fit we called back they said oh sorry we sent the wrong belt received another belt again two weeks later. That that was also wrong so they sent us another bill again another two weeks I called them set a receipt the bell and I wanted a technician to come out to my house to fix it at no charge to me because they screwed up three times they agreed we got the new Belton two weeks later I emailed them and ask them when my tech is going to come out they said they would contact me in a couple days I got an email a week later stating A technician would be in contact with me within 2 to 3 business days really another three days I have been without this piece of crap machine now for almost 8 weeks this is the worst company ever the worst customer service ever get the world is wrong and they're stupid I wish I could cut it into 1000 pieces and ship it back to the owners front garden buyer beware do not buy anything from this company horrible customer Service they do not care they will take their time and send stuff out to you they don't care it's all about the money the machine was great when it worked now it's been dead again buyer beware they are rip off company who have no customer service skills whatsoever do not purchase anything from these people I encourage you to place a full-page ad in Vancouver Washington state and how horrible this company is I'm gonna do the same
