Paid 220$ for 2 groups of 4 ppl. Separate groups of 2. 10 year old girl, 12 year old girl, and two adult women.
One group (10 year old and adult) are on the course staff let them on, (blue course) and they get called off and told they can't be on it because she is not 10. Adult tells them she is ten and look at the sticker and it says 8. The staff put the wrong number on. Adult says 'whatever fine' I'll go get it changed.
They go on a younger course and then decide, since she is ten, and the agent screwed up, and YOU PAY BY TIME, decides to go tell staff what happened. Rips off the age sticker since it's wrong, and tells staff what happened. Staff says it's ok, go ahead on that course. Manager comes out and finds them on the course, gets belligerent and claims my daughter is lying about her age, and there is no way THEY messed up', and not only kicks out the group of two, but the OTHER group too, when they weren't even involved.
Calls made to the number result in "Jeff Norman" ('GM') calling,a aslas well as some jerk lady from NY, (guessing it's Corp) accusing a 10 year old of lying about her age, refusing to admit they could have screwed up, and calling me a liar, and yelling at me. Finally yelling "You're not getting a refund, you're lying. This conversation is over" and hanging up. At that point when they accused both me and my child of being liars, I lit him up verbally,. I have never heard a new business like this treat customers with more disrespect and dishonor, cheating ppl out of an experience and being rude and completely discourteous to keep money they didn't earn.
I will def be watching and hoping Covid kills their business if this is how these jerks act to paying customers who spent hundreds of dollars. How dare you people accuse a child of lying about her age because you screwed up. Claiming she's lying and we tore off the age to not get caught. The new York lady actually said 'do a charge back, you'll lose! '. $ hungry jerks.
