Advertise light bulb for 4 for $16 and get 4 free but they went up to $130 on my bank card also I call them right away and told them and was told they would call me back but they didn't and im out of money and no return address.
I never heard of this company, i clicked on a link advertised on Fox News online and these scumbags are hitting our account for $128.40 a month twice now. never even got anything delivered....
They charged me $88.96 and took it out of my checking account. I cancelled this order but they still took it out. I need my money back! it has been three weeks since i've been corresponding with them
Took a link off of FaceBook for the Haylo flashing emergency lights. They listed several packages. I selected the "Buy 5 get 3 Free plus Free Shipping" for $55.00. When trying to check out, it would up the price to $88.00. I tried several times, cancelling the sale each time. I emailed them about the issue and received an email from "Vic" with apologies and a link to a sales order. The link showed the $55.00 price but wanted to charge a shipping fee. I cancelled and sent another email to them and got back another "Oh, were so sorry." and I had them send me a PayPal invoice for $55.00 which they did and I paid. 5 days later i had still not received any communication about shipping or tracking info.
I tried calling them which goes to an automated system that bounces you around a couple of times and then finally ask you to leave a detailed message, ehich I did. No call back that day or the next. Called again, had to leave message and I emailed them again explaining my displeasure in their lack of response and that perhaps I should get the BBB and Attorney General's Office involved. Told them that if they had not already shipped, by that I mean it is in the possession of UPS or USPS, then cancel the order and refund pronptly. Lo and behold, next day I get phone call saying it has shipped and they sent a tracking link that shows it was in the hand of a third party carrier that delivers to the USPS. These people are shady at best in their dealings.
