They continued to bill me after payment-in-full was posted on my credit card account, and sent several threatening letters afterward regarding my credit rating and alleged non-payment. (All of these were obviously automatically generated form letters.)
No telephone or email contact information was provided by them to allow my disputing any of their claims. (All of this was done through written USPS letters. There was no SPECIFIC response to any of my written complaints.)
I suggest to others that the company's phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs can be obtained through online searches. I strongly recommend that any business with them be conducted entirely ONLINE to avoid latency in communications and payment acknowledgements. (Always keep a written record of any communications on your computer.)
About the end of October, 2017, I received a book, "Bottom Line Yearbook 2018", which I'd not ordered.
The ship date on the invoice is 10/23/2017.
I've received the second 'reminder' notice for payment of $32.63 with a total balance given of $48.94 which I imagine is somw kind of 'late payment' assessment.
The best means to contact me is by E-mail. I don't answer phone calls listed as 'unidentified' or 'private'. If you phone me, be sure your company identifier shows its caller ID.
I will be notifying this company to expect your inquiry.
I too have been victimized by this company. I do not recall being informed about being added to a subscriber list for a yearly update on the same book that I didn't find particularly informative in the first place. I will never order another book from a company that holds me hostage to continue to purchase their books when I do not want them in the first place. What a stupid way of doing business to accumulate enemies for customers!
