Bosch Home has the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life - We bought a Bosch Fridge in January of 2022. We did not even use the fridge until April of 2022 because we were renovating the kitchen. It has since April broken and been repaired twice and now we have been without a fridge for 3 months and they are still giving me the run around after they told me they would be replacing it. I just called again after hearing nothing when I was told a dealer credit would be sent to Lowes in 3-5 days 2 weeks ago. I have asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and have been told one would call me and have never had that happen. I called today and asked if I would wait for a supervisor and was told they would disconnect the call if I did not hang up. This is not acceptable.

I bought a Kenmore Elie manufactured by Bosch. I bought it at Sears, after a month of the new dishwasher, their was a nasty smell. Sears sent somene on 2 occasions, and the smell was there however no one knows why. I was told to use a product to clean my dishwasher which is un heard of but I am complying, but the smell is persistant. I dont even open my dishwasher when we have guests thats how bad it smells.

Bosch service center refuses to do anything. Sears extended warranty only kicks in March 2018. Sears totally understands and would replace it however at this time the warranty is under Boasch and they are not doing anything. The 3 serviice managers at Bosch that I spoke to accused me of not cleaning my dishwasher!!

I am now stuck with a smelly dishwasher and Bosch wont stand behind their product.

Think twice about buying a Bosch product-expensive but not much of service

I ordered a new dishwasher for my home. After the company came to install it we tried to use it. After using it everything came out dirty. We called the company they said use more jet dry. We used the recommended dosage all along and it still came out dirty. After 3 weeks of a non working dishwasher and many parties followed by hand washing at late hours we finally got a repair person who claimed it had an issue with the plumbing which he fixed. He said everything fine. That same day we used it to find a smelly dishwasher full of dirty dishes in the morning. Very frustrated we called again and said we want it replaced. They refused to replace and offered to send out a technician again. 2 weeks later we got a second technician who said it was an electrical issue. He came back a week later with a new electric board. Finally after 2 months of hassles, hand washing dishes and frustration it finally gave us a complete cycle. It is still far from perfect. Cutlery still comes out dirty. They claim it needs to be put in dirty and we are rinsing too much before we put in. Either way, still frustrated and want to get rid of this lemon. We shouldn't be using a refurbished machine that we purchased brand new 2 months earlier. Customer care very unresponsive and claimed its not in their control but coming from higher authority that we could not contact. Very frustrated! Wish we never got a Bosch

Bought a Bosch dishwasher at Lowes in Sept. Paid extra for Lowes 3 yr additional warranty, which states that if the machine can't be fixed in a reasonable time, they would replace it. By Jan, it was leaving dirt and grime on the dishware. We call Lowes, and they acted very concerned. They set up a service call for us but didn't tell us it was going through Bosch. So Bosch sends a company by the name "All Pro Appliances". After opening the machine door, he looked at the inside, and deducted what our problem was is that we put the detergent cube in the proper compartment in the door. He said in order for the soap to work, we had to throw it in the bottom of the machine.

We obeyed for one week, then the machine didn't pump right. This is a problem that we were told that Bosch machines suffer from alot. Same guy comes back and tells us that the pump and control board were shot. I told him the machine was only 5 mos. old, and if these don't work, thats pretty much the whole machine so they should just give me a new one. The repair guy agreed and said he would write it up as unrepairable. The replacement was to come on a wednesday. The night before, I get a phone call from a bosch supervisor who informed me that we would not be getting a new machine. Instead they were ordering new parts to fix it. I was told it would be 6 to ten days before they come in.

On service call#3 the All Pro service guy said he was not going to take the job, no reason given. So bosch told me to find another appliance repair compqany to fix it. But they had to have them on their list of companies they work with. (didn't know this was my job.)

I could go on with this till you find yourself reading a short story novel because the treatment I got was terrible!! The flat out lies I was told by the Bosch SUPERVISOR TEAM is inexcusable. As an honorable mention, I must bring up the supervisor who when my wife asked him if he could relate to our situation, he said very arrogantly, "nope, I don't even own a dishwasher!

I must tell you now that it is TEN WEEKS and I still have no dishwasher.

I am a disabled vet who lost his leg serving this country. For the past ten weeks, I am standing next to my $700 beautiful broken bosch.

No more bosch, and Lowes only for the stuff Ace hardware does not have.

People we can't continue to be "sheeple" anymore! If enough of us stand firm, they WILL listen!!

Whatever happened to customer service!!
