I ordered a flowers for anniversary of near ones in the morning. The status keeps saying "Processed". It was a same day delivery. Noone responds on their Twitter Handle. No one answers their customer service number +91 9212255500. On their website, there is a reference to ferns and petals https://www.bookmyflowers.com/faq -> Care Contact
It is a big fraud - they rip you off their money and deliver nothing! No customer service, no person, just crappy money eaters. When I called Ferns and Petals they were clueless about this order number and for that matter this website. How did the money go to Ferns and Petals?
