On April 3rd I made an online purchase for $69.70 On April 7th I received notification that 1 of 3 items had shipped. As of April 17th nothing had been shipped according to the tracking information, a label was created I received only and I a cancelled the order and requested a full refund. They refused. On April 21st at 7:37 AM EST, I responded to them stating that nothing had been shipped and I attached a screen shot of the tracking information, taken a few seconds prior to sending my response to them verifying that they had sent nothing and that only a label had been created.
And so I demanded full cancellation and a full refund. They refused. On April 21st at 9:01 PM EST, I received a new message that I of 3 had shipped that day and they would not cancel the order. The return policy seems dubious at best.
