I work at one of the Bonaventure facilities in WA State. It is a very corrupt and evil company, who don't care about residents or staff. They care about money.
I have seen residents abused, call lights not answered, rooms disgusting and not cleaned, food served that your dog wouldn't eat. They refuse to heat the place and the residents are always cold. Medtechs steal medication, forget to give it out, laugh at the residents.
As an employee, I am required to work long shifts, but if I have overtime, I have to hide it somewhere so they don;t have to pay. I never get my breaks, not my 10 minutes or my lunch hours. They could care less. There is a revolving door of employees because they pay nothing and charge seniors huge sums of money.
Now they have filed a fake complaint against me when all I have done is work hard and try to show the elders as much care as I can. They want rid of me and so they make up fake allegations.
I can't emphasize this enough...do not put your loved ones here, please. Do not have your family work here, please. It will break only heartache and pain into your life.
