I bought the Body Spartan program and the Tyler Reks Genesis book and found out that it is just a mixed up version of beach body the program from tv. This is basically just a scam for weight loss and is nothing new that is worth paying for.
When I found this out I contacted paypal and asked for a refund. Carrie from paypal told me that body spartan has been getting a big number of returned sales and disputed charges. Beware they will charge you for a beach body program and protein drinks that you did not order.
