My kids lived with a meth head mother and her boyfriend, daughter was molested and my autistic son was living with them. They lived in filth, dog poop, dirty clothes and were truant in school. I hired Bobby to custody of my kids and all I got was my daughter, the restraining order was removed off the ex con meth head boyfriend, my marine friend of 10 years was kicked out of my house, I was put under restricted rules around my kids(even though I had no incidents or anything and no complaints) and I had to pay $1200/mo for one child for child support even though I had custody of two out of three children.
Bobby did not have my kids or my best interest at all. He over charged me and did not defend me at all. Personally I think he was trying to get a date with my ex wife's lawyer and that overshadowed his professionalism in court. Since this case, my autistic child has relapsed and the ex wife took off with him and I have know idea where they are.
I warned this would happen and was ignored and not properly defended by him. Now I have to have my case transferred and go back to court to hopefully right this wrong.
