Avoid these scammers

Now operating in the UK, same operating system, take payment and do not send goods, auto responder just sends junk replies. How is this outfit allowed to trade ? Are there no laws in Canada to prevent these scam hawkers from operating ? Do not buy anything from them under any circumstances an if you have instigate a chargeback immediately.

Purchased 2 S7 wireless chagers In Aug 2016. After sevral weeks of nothing, I responded to one of their numerous posts on facebook asking where the heck mine were. They demanded a photo of the confirmation email... like providing them their own confirmation order # was insufficient. Several weeks later I received the product.

Not one, but BOTH of them did not work right out ot the box. Attempts to reach them have been ignored. I have told them to quit sending me email and they continue to harrass me. They send me an email that says I have to click a link on their email to get them to stop.

I sent a reply stating that I am not going to click on any link that could compromise my computer or be used by someone who has already proven to me that they are dishonest to use my "click' to prove i agreed to whatever nonsense lies they wish to perpetrate.

I am looking for agent of service information and considering my options. Thieves in my opinon. Nothing but liars and thieves.

Scammers now operating in the uk. Be warned, check the hundreds of feedback for this gang of scammers. Junk goods, returns impossible, fake staff names. Do not wast your money and time with these junk hawkers.

I ordered a hair-straightening brush and never received it.

Emails went back and forth with "customer service." Excuses included "It's on back order," "You should receive it next week," and then "It's being processed." They certainly processed my credit card payment fast.

I contacted my credit card company and they investigated the charge and cancelled the payment to Boardwalk Buy. Don't try to get your money back from Boardwalk Buy. It's a waste of time. Go through your credit card company or challenge the charge if you paid through Paypal. Good luck everyone!

On September 14, I placed an order via PayPal for the Ceramic Hair Straightening Brush advertised on Boardwalk Buy's Facebook page.

Boardwalk Buy immediately charged my account $25.99 and sent me a confirmation e-mail stating that my order had been receievd and that I would be receiving the product within 4-5 business days.

I spent the next few days looking at their Facebook page, looking for updated reviews on this particular item. I started to notice that they were deleting customer concerns and complaints. I flat out asked them why they were deleting comments on this product. My questions were ignored, my comments were deleted and I noticed that they blocked me from posting on their page.

On September 20, I reached out to Boardwalk Buy to inquire about my item. They responded immediately. They claimed that they were experincing an unusually high volume of orderes, which disrupted their normal delivery schedule, and that it caused a slight delay. They said, "As of now your current order delivery time is approximately 4-5 business days."

On September 26, I still had not received any shipping conformation. I logged into my PayPal account and looked up the "Seller Info" for Boardwalk Buy. They had a phone number listed as: 877-614-2103. I called the number, hoping to clear things up quickly. Lo and behold the number was out of service.

I then reached out through e-mail and I requested that they cancel my order. I did so because I found tons of things online that I did not like. Websites such as BBB, SiteJabber, ScamAdviser, ScamAudit, and ComplaintsBoard all had the same complaint down the line.

A customer service representatice named Maria S. responded to my e-mail and told me that "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to cancel at this point. If you are no longer interested in this item, you may refuse the delivery and have the unopened package sent back to us. Once we confirm this has been done via the tracking information we will be able to issue a refund."

I responded back to her asking her to please provide me with the carrier and tracking number so I could be aware of when it was arriving to refuse it.

Another customer service representative named Edward N. responded back: "I have looked into your order and unfortunately this is currently on back order, which would explain why you have not received some or all of your items as of yet. We are expecting to receive thousands of this particualr product by early next week so you should receive yours, at the latest, by the end of next week. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

Just a note, my friend ordered this exact same brush and inquired about it the week before I did, and received this exact same response.

I responded back to Edward and said OK great, if it's on back order please cancel it.

CSR Maria S. then replied telling me again that my order was processing and that they were unable to cancel.

So which is it? Is it on back order or is it processing? They do not provide any further information beyond these canned copy and paste messages.

I am looking to have my money refunded to my PayPal account, and opened a dispute on 9/27. As of today, BoardwalkBuy has not returned their request for information.

On 9/27 I also opened a case with BBB.

I am seeking a refund of my original payment, $25.99.

Purchased an item using my MasterCard 7/27/16. Was supposed to receive it within 2 business days. Never received it. emailed company and they sent back a msg that it would take 5 days longer due to some mistakes in shipping.

Never recieved it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company as Boardwalk buy charged my card immediately. After I filed the dispute and my credit card company when after them, I received the merchandise 1 1/2 months later and I refused the delivery

Post office gave me a print out for the refusal and the merchandise is still sitting at a Buffalo New York post office as it says they tried delivery and the business is closed.

This is a fly by night place that takes your money and never delivers. If I hadn't have filed the dispute based on non receipt of the mdse they would have never sent it out. And I still do not know what was really in the box as I did not open it.

I purchased a swimsuit from Boardwalk Buy that was advertised as being of colors navy and red, and was listed with sizing measurement information. I measured myself, and ordered the sizing category that my measurements fit into: Large.

When I received the swimsuit, it was very much blue and pink, and additionally was far too small to fit me. I e-mailed Boardwalk Buy immediately with the details of my issue and requested a full refund for the cost of the item + shipping. ($22.30 total--$18.80 for the item, $3.50 for the shipping) I also said that I would be happy to send the item back to them if they would send me pre-paid shipping. They replied to me that they would not pay for the return shipping, and that they would also not refund my money unless I shipped the item back to them (additional cost to me: $3.21) and provided them with the tracking number of the item.

I did provide them with the tracking number for the return shipping, and again requested that they refund me the total amount, now $25.51 with the return shipping. I told them I was happy to provide an image of my receipt for the shipping. I do not want to pay for the shipping of an item that was falsely advertised both in color and in sizing--especially when they had specific measurements in addition to the generic S/M/L sizing convention. They have refunded me the price of the item, but not the cost of shipping it to me the first time, nor the cost of me shipping it back to them, which they demanded of me else they would not refund my purchase.

I am now at a loss of $6.71, with nothing to show for it but a lot of headache. They offered my store credit for the amount of the return shipping, but after having a terrible experience with their product and their customer service, I am not going to buy from them again. I told them as much, and that I just wanted the money refunded to me. They have refused.

That is not acceptable.

It is not acceptable to sell me a product that it not in reality how it was advertised on your website, and then, when I wrote to you for a refund, not refund me the cost of shipping as well.

It is not acceptable to require me to ship said product back to you [else you would not process my refund at all] and then not cover the cost of return shipping.

It is not acceptable that I (taking into account the $18.80 you have partially refunded me) have still paid $6.71 and have gained nothing from my money spent while you have your product back that you can turn around and sell again.

It is not acceptable that you boast good customer service while in reality you have not provided that to me.

I have contacted the BBB about this company.

Bought a "No Bark Dog Collar" for my barky dog and it did not work. Didn't realize I had only 14 days to try it out and ask for a return. Now stuck with a product that doesn't work and no way to return it, even though there is a 100% Money Back Guarantee. buySAFE Guarantee worthless, just a lot of hype. Not buying from BoardwalkBuy.com ever again and you would be wise to avoid them too.

I tried researching the tracking number only to discover the missing item was shipped to a different address in a different state. I have tried contacting this company via their customer service that advertises a reply in a few hours but have never been contacted re: a solution

Ordered 3 items from Boardwalk Buy a few weeks before Christmas. Two of the items arrived but the 3rd item was missing. I contacted this company's customer service by email ( only method of contact). Was told the item was backordered. Then right before Christmas I received a shipping notification but still no shipment was received. I then researched the tracking number and discovered the item had been delivered to an address in Midlothian, IL. My shipping address is in Arkansas! I have tried contacting this company several times (7.attempts) with no success. Now they have blocked me from their Facebook page.

I ordered a 6port USB charger in good faith from the Facebook site for Boardwall buy on November 11. When I did not receive a delivery date I sent off a email requesting such.

I received an answer that items were on back order and would ship when next group was received. I have since sent off multiple emails only to receive an automated response with no date for delivery.

My last email was sent off on December 20 asking if I would receive my item for Christmas.. I still haven't heard anything from them. I was also informed that I could not cancel my order as it was already processed. Would hope that this site can be removed completely from Facebook or at least get the word out to avoid this site!!!

I made a purchase of a support belt and 3 bluetooth tracking devices on 11/19/2015 and received the belt on 11/24. I contacted the company by email the same day asking when I would receive the remaining items of which I subsequently received 2 of the 3 bluetooth trackers on 11/27. Unfortunately the items were defective and all attempts to contact them by email since then have since been ignored.

Be advised you only have 7 days to return defective items and of course you are responsible for shipping costs. As they have been unresponsive to email I am not very hopeful of getting a refund.

Even thought the products ship out of NY the company is apparently Canadian and your CC will be charged a minor foreign transaction fee.

Something else that may be coincidental is the day after I made my purchase I started getting fraudulent hits on my CC from an online company in England bluesnap.com and had to close my account and get another card issued. Once again, this may be a coincidence but I do not use my CC very often and it is very suspicious that the fraudulent hits started right after using my CC for this purchase after not using this card for an extended period.

I ordered a bike light that puts out a LED area on the ground, allowing cars to see you more easily. I ordered it on September 15th, and it is now October 30th and have yet to receive it. I contacted them, twice, only to be given a "generic" type email, with no resolution. Luckilly, I had purchased it through PayPal, and have escalated it and they will have to give them an answer, or it will be ruled in my favor. Mostly because they have yet to respond to PayPal and I suspect they never will. Thanks to all others on here that support my situation that seem to have had the same thing happen to them.

Do not bother to waste your money!!! Paid out for items that have never been recieved. Have sent numerous email and no response. There is no contact number or address when you realise you need it!

Orders for merchandise accepted but never delivered. CS claims out of stock but still on site being sold. NO phone to contact, email only. Slow to respond. Item ordered 5/27, nothing to date.

On April 24, 2017 I placed order# 1373509 on Boardwalkbuy.com and was told the product would ship in 2-5 days. As of this date, I have not received the product.

I finally checked the internet for this company and discovered that many others have purchased from this company and have not receives their order or any refund. This company is a rip-off.

My requests to have my order or a refund have been met with we are experiencing delays and will ship soon. That comment has been given to others who are awaiting the product or a refund.

I ordered and paid for this item on 12/05/2016, needed for Christmas and promised to ship within 48 hours. I have not received the item and cannot get a response from anyone at this company via email and there is no working phone number to call them. This company is a scam. There is even a facebook page dedicated to "Boardwalk Buy is a scam."

Hair Straightener

I know there are a ton of bad reviews on here but i had a good experience. I ordered the straightening brush and i recieved it in about a week and 3 days. It was in great condition and looked just like the picture. Iam excited to try it:)
