I Ordered Wireless bluetooth key trackers over a month ago. on July 2 2017. I was charged the full amount plus shipping charges the day I placed the order. I have never received what I ordered. I have contacted the company 4 times and requested a refund three times only to be denied. They claim the order has arrived in the U.S. via DHL on July 16th . Its now August 10th and nothing has arrived. Some guy named Larry B. replied the following; "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to cancel at this point. If you are no longer interested in this item, you may refuse the delivery and have the unopened package sent back to us. Once we can confirm this has been done via the tracking information we will be able to issue a refund." How ridiculous can they be. How can I return an item and request a refund for what has never arrived? BOARDWALK BUY IS A BIG SCAM AND A RIPOFF. DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE TO ORDER ANYTHING!!!!! You will never see the items you order and never get a refund!!!!!
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a product from Boardwalkbuy.com on 11/30 and was given a confirmationn of shipment, no tracking number. I followed up weekly, as the item was to be used for a Christmas party at the end of December. After weeks of following up, and finally asking for a refund and cancellation, i was told that the item was on backorder and would be delivered after Christmas. I said that was unacceptable, and i have yet to receive a response to any of my requests to them through their website.
Do not buy from these scammers, they sell cheap junk at inflated prices, returns are impossible. No customer service just cut & paste replies to emails. AVOID .
I ordred 4 fitness bands from Boardwalk Buy on 9-1-15 and have yet to receive them. I've written them four times and each response I recieve says that they are reviewing my email. I've yet to receive a reply. There is no phone number at which they can be reached. The BBB gives them a D- rating. I have opened disputes with my credit card company and Pay Pal. Don't order from these people.

This is a scam company. They take your money and do not deliver. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.
