Found coupon online, went in for 79.95 oil change, Eric was my service guy. The coupon was 79.95 for oil change and up to 7 quarts of synthetic oil, my suv holds 8 so I knew I'd have to pay for the extra quart of oil, and I'm thinking worst case 10 dollars, he quoted me 100.00 so was thinking extra quart and taxes, when I received the bill it was 106. And some odd change... I asked why, and he bumped it down to 100.00 out the door upon looking at the receipt I realized i was being charged 11.99 for an oil filter, clearly being a woman I feel he was trying to get over on me, I asked him, doesn't an oil filter come with the oil change at this point he was aggregated and agreed, grab the bill and then returned my 11.99 plus tax... But I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I will never do business with them again!

My 2002 BMW 325i had a airbag recall on it and the notice said that the repairs were completely free of charge and if I couldn't get to the shop then they would have a mobile repair come to me. So I contacted the Roseville BMW dealership and they refused to send a mobile repair stating that "their closest mobile repair dealer is in Stockton, Ca and i would have to pay the tow fee" which i didn't have.

I tried for over a month to get that recall fixed but was in an accident and the car got totalled. They wouldn't honour their recall unless i paid out my own pocket. How is that fair? That car changed my life seriously. I don't want any other car than a BMW. I've never felt so safe behind the wheel of any vehicle such as that one. I'm a NEW fan for life. I miss mine dearly

Failed Service

Have taken my brothers car in now for seventh time for same problem. Now over 7 weeks abd have been told "the technician can't find problem an guesses that it is negative battery cable, I said No guessing and we will not pay a cent since this is 7th tome in an have already replaced neg battery cable and paid $6 thousand + for sunroof replacement and module when obviously that was a guess an not the problem. Then told it is a circuit with 6 modules an narrowed to 2 now. A week later told not the problem now it is the head. An they where doing all work and parts for free since excess amount of services for same problem, yet now they want $2200.00 for head and labor. (THE G.M. TOM KLIEN HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS). I'm reporting to bmw corporate, BBB, BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR, CALL 3 FOR ACTION AND WHOM EVER ELSE IT TAKES TO GET THESE SERVICE ADVISORS TO NOT TRY TO PULL WOOL OVER MY EYES SINCE I AM A WOMAN AND JUST HELPING MY BROTHER OUT WHOM IS OVER SEAS SERVING OUR COUNTRY) P.S. IM NOT A DUMB WOMAN I HAVE BUILT A ENGINE FROM GROUND UP AND MY DAD WAS A MECHANIC!!
