So, Toni hires me to redesign her very old very crappy Insta e-Store cart into a mondern wordpress solution. I 100% completed a REALLY awesome site for her, convered over 2000 products from a really screwed up non-standard shopping cart system into a .csv friendly system, that could be easily exported anywhere. We got the site 100% complete, linked to PayPal, and she even took several orders. Thru the whole process she kept telling me her "business partner" Karen says one thing, and does another. Telling me that her customers don't like what I put up and had to go back and make drastic changes many times due to this. How in the hell does she know what the customer thinks when no one but her and I can see the site until it slive because I have it blocked off?!?! Obvious lie right there. Nothing but hassles. Then when the project is 100% complete, she disputes the charge thru paypal. Oh hell no, I'm not going to do 80 hours of work just to get ripped off for $2,500. Causing me many more fees. I first won the dispute thru PayPal, which I figured would be the end of it. Then somehow, she called her credit merchant account and they sided with her for what ever reason on the chargeback, which put my PayPal account in the hole, then caused my bank account to go $2,100 in the hole. My children and family had to cancel christmas, and I BARELY made rent because of what she did. Then, here it is 2 months later, and her brand new web designer that she hired to "do the project after me" calls me out of the blue crying because this *@#$ did the same thing to her and ripped her off for $1,000. We are the 3rd and 4th victims of this vile creature and she's still robbing and stealing from people!! WATCH OUT PEOPLE! THEIF! I've been a customer of Bluelips for many years and have never met kinder ladies. When I needed help planning a dark wedding they got us through the process and we have gorgeous memories of our special day.
I highly recommend them. They have many cool items and will bend over backwards to make you happy.
