I contacted this company to repair my mower. The agreement was he would pick up my mower (free of charge) and price parts (pull strings, AWD cable, and change the oil). We agreed he would price parts and call before doing any work. After 2 weeks and no communication I contacted the business and asked for an update. He had forgotten who I was, so I had to remind him what work was requested and what mower was mine. He later sent a text saying the work would cost 300-400$. We agreed it was not worth the cost to repair, so I asked if he could return it and I would pay for him to return it. Please keep in mind this was after being told it is free pickup and delivery, which he states on his FB Page. He proceeded to tell me it was 105$ for pickup and diagnostics. After questioning him, he recanted and said it was 70 for pick up and 35 for delivery, never mentioning diagnostics. This is a post on his FaceBook page; Bobby D. I do offer pick up and delivery service, free if inside Greenwood or close by to my shop. Please text me as I don’t get notifications on Facebook as quickly.
