Bluecare Express Reviews

Bluecare express is a subsidiarie of amazon.com, formed to deal with the conflict of interest tba tracking numbers. Why banks and financial institutions are accepting this method of proof of delivery when drop shipping, is a jawdropper. You see, all this company does, is convert the information given from amazon, into a new tracking number. That's it. Amazon still controls all data, and their bluecare express partners, are very corrupt. Run a search on google of this company, and you will see over 300+ reports of scams where card holders have been scamion, and the false data was accepted by the banks, unless the victim was smart enough to go to the bank with the box that was shipped to them, to prove they were in fact, scamion.

Happy shopping is one of the top listed scammers, who rip off customers daily, using legit websites like newegg, ebay, and amazon, to steal tens of thousands monthly!!

What's worse, a lot of their advertising has imbedded code to add items to legitimate orders, like what happened with me on newegg.

Check your totals, if they are off at checkout, most likely they will show up on an order after it's completed. Don't let that happen, just clear your cart and start over.

Most sellers drop ship using amazon, and happy shopping uses bluecare express to defraud customers by taking their money, and shipping anything, or even nothing at all, and getting a completed tracking number so the banks will refuse a charge back, saying the customer got the item when they didn't! amazon is actually doing the delivery, ignoring the fact that they are aiding and abetting thieves.

I discovered this immense fraud taking place, after placing what was supposed to be a legitimate order with newegg. They are now investigating all the past fraud, including my case as well. I'll update on the outcome later, when i'm updated.

I placed an order for ram and nvme drives directly from new egg. What i didn't catch, was when viewing one of those items, the seller had imbedded code that added an extra ram set, that had no image at check out, only the total. Normally i always catch scams like this, but because i use a special funding source, i saw the total with interest, so didn't catch on at check out, that an extra set of corsair ram was added by some third party seller, happy shopping. Screen captures clearly show that extra item, just didn't show up at checkout. Looking at the total, that would have been a very good heads up something was wrong there. I only caught on the next day, when newegg split the order, into several smaller orders, to reflect both warehouses they were shipping from, and that there was a third party seller.

Check their 100% posative ratings, their code hidden on their invoice page prevents negative feedback. Took me a few hours to see what they did, to bypass the code, and post the first negative.

I informed the seller that i already made my purchase with newegg, not them, and not surprising, they said they already shipped so couldn't cancel. Wow, on a sunday???!! amazon is already on to their scamming, so unbeknownst to happy shopping, amazon required a signature. This meant that bluecare express couldn't easily say they delivered the item, like they did with so many others, who by the way, if you look up other cases, have actually posted security footage, showing no one on property, yet bluecareexpress posted they handed item to customer. I have both many security cameras, a gate they must pass, and i already alerted the front, not to accept anything from bluecareexpress. At the time, i had no clue that the actual carrier was amazon. That was when i got a call, to come up front. Amazon driver was there, with a tiny box, that had both bluecareexpress tracking tag, and their own. I took a few pictures. The driver filled in the blanks for me on what bluecareexpress really is.

The small box, was definitely not big enough to hold corsair dominator ram. Driver shook the box, and we could all hear there was a tiny item inside, like a small cable or part. I quickly ran back to my house, and got a box that was the same size, and my usps postal scale. After setting the scale to the weight of the empty box, we weighed the one that was supposed to be the corsair dominator ram. Weight was 3.5 ounces. Definitely not the weight of corsair dominator ram, that comes in rubber and foam packaging, the shape and smaller size of a stop sign. The weight was not even close, and the box was too small to contain it. Unless boxes are like the tardis, bigger on the inside, this was definitely not what the seller claimed they shipped. Security cameras caught this whole confrontation, and i recorded it as well with my 48 megapixel phone. Driver took the box back, stating i refused to sign. Know what bluecareexpress did? They put it as delivered!! next day, the page changed to it will be delivered on a new date. I got a police report done with the security footage and my recordings, and sent amazon one of my warning subpoenas, with a letter of the legal action i will take, should they even attempt to come on my property with that package again. They have delt with me in small claims in the past, and they lost. The day came and went, and no extra attempt was made to drop that off, but nothing was changed what so ever on bluecare express, to reflect that order was refused.

Not so suprising, i got two emails from happy shopping. The first was their so called apology that i wasn't able to sign for their package, so will be refunding me in 3-5 business days. I didn't hold my breath on that. Not much later, another email came, that stated that they won't refund me, unless the order that's on its way back that was refused, is the dominator ram. They expect that the crappy item they tried to ship me, will magically turn into dominator ram, and refuse to refund, despite knowing they drop shipped a small item, in an attempt to get a completed tracking number.

Despite the evidence heavily in my favor, the fact that both the seller, and bluecareexpress have already been proven dishonest, and that my funding source is just as dishonest as they are, i may very well have to deal with this matter in small claims. I won't be paying them a dime for this bogus shipment, but the only way to keep it off my credit report, is a judgement ruled by a judge, and i don't see either seller or shipper, suddenly getting honest. The 300+ reports paint a very bad picture.

For now, i'm waiting to hear back from newegg, to see what they do, but also made copies of everything and left it on the assistant district attorneys desk to look over come monday.

Most know about the past scamming done by bad sellers, shipping anything other than what was paid for, to get a completed tracking number. Most banks won't charge back, unless you go in and show them the shipping container with tracking number on it. This helps in most cases, for example, let's say you paid $250 for an xbox, and shipped a double aa battery in a two inch by two inch padded envelope. Bank will see the seller did in fact abuse tracking, and will do a charge back in that case.

What is so upsetting about this type of scamming, is the fact that it's hurting good honest companies. A good repeat business customer, they take by their word on most occasions. It's the ones who struggle with income, who are one time buyers who have no past history i feel bad for, as it's much harder for them to get their money back.

I'm just glad their are good websites like scamion, who i enjoy writing articles for on my spare time, to hopefully get the message out, so others don't get ripped off in the future.

My advice with this issue, if the totals are off, there is something hidden that won't show up till sale is completed. Because these sales are basically binding contracts, that usually take small claims to get out of, it's important to catch it before you press that complete order button. These scams are getting harder to catch every time, but the totals are a good heads up, something is wrong.
