On 04/08/2018 Michael and his son Nathan and I went under a contract with them them to install a wind turbine that according to them will save me about $100.00 per month on my electric bill. I put down 50% deposit and work was to start the following Monday but there were excuses and on Mondat the 9th Michael text me and said it would be Friday or Saturday now to get it installed.
On the 11th Michael sent me pics of a pole and cement mix and stated it would be longer than Anticipated because the base is so much welding and that he wanted to bring the base down on the 12th I aks for a time he stated afternoon I said ok and he stated that he is looking for Saturday to have it completed.
On the 12th I sent him a msg stating that I was at home at 12:14 he replied back Ok still working I got this.He stated that he was going to run the base down and have Nathan run the tower back down. I stated ok. At 5:48 PM I sent him a msg and ask if he had got lost. He stated he was almost here. He done the base in the ground and see you tomorrow.
The 13th can and I text him late in the day and he stated that it would be the 14thbecause he had court that he forgot about. On the 14th he made a bunch more excuses as to why he would not be out.
On the 16th he stated he had to finish a few things and he would be on his way. that was at 9:36 am I finally received a text at 4:16 pm and stated he was on his way.
4/17/2018 A turbine was up and installed. I have video and it was loud and the basings went out quick. He put up a different turbine while making all kind of promises. He had to put the 3rd turbine up and all he had left was an additional box and a meter so I paid the balance and he said he would be down the next day and get those installed.
Michael made all kinds of claims that his ex wife destroyed his business and wipped out their bank accounts. Then he had a piece of metal in his eye and couldnt fix the problem just yet.on the 19th he was loading stuff up and headed my wayat 1:53 then he stated he had a ujoint go out on his truck. On the 20th I send him a video and he promised to do one even better than that.
On the 21st he stated he was hung up with truck problems.
on the 23rd I had to contact him he sent pics of a ditch digger he was making
On the 25th he text and said he would be down later today to get it wrapped up that was at 12:33
@ 5:33 pm I sent asking for a scheduke for the finish he repliedhis house was in jeopardy he had to go to Springfield and he would send Nathan out and he had a big suprise for me.
Saturday I sent him a video of wind but the turbine was not running
Monday I ask for a timeframe when he would be finished
Tuesday I sent more video and asked why I had not heard from him
On the following monday I sent himm a FB msg asking when he was going to finish his reply was, He was trying to get ahold of Nathan he was in New Mexico.
I sent Nathan a msg he stated he thought it was already complete This was the first he was hearing that it was not done. He said he would get a hold of dad and find out whats going on.Nathan always seems to be out of town also.
There is a problem with the system because everytime the turbine speeds up so did my meter. I sent video of that also.
Then Pieces started falling off the turbine I took pics and video of that also and now neither one is responding to my texts calls or FB msgs. Michael blocked me on FB.
*In 4/15/13 I bought Two wind Generators and their still sitting in my front yard and still not put up ! Don`t even knowif they even run ! Payed for them and on the paper work he was suppost to put them and have them opperating ! DON`t TRUST HIM!!*
