I am writing this post with sincerity of the TRUTH of exactly what had taken place at this vet office just recently within the last 3-4 weeks, even though I may have been going there the last 6 mos or so with a few of my own pets as well as two my son's cats. After what I had read on his return post, I can only imagine what he will be writing on this one.

I took a litter of puppies into their vet office because they were less expensive than what my normal vet office is in price. I observed snooty behavior towards me from the front end staff, Kim and Cynthia Stetty. I let it go. I had to go out of state and I did not mention how I went. They assumed that I went on a airplane. Don't mind me as well, for I am a cancer patient over 50 with dealing with medical issues and been through Chemotherapy to where I do not have much of an immune system with having emphysema but according to them I am just going to go out on purpose and to go GET COVID-19 and apparently give it to them.

Anyway, I accidentally missed a appointment on March 17th being that I was out of town on Business. Two weeks had gone by since then. I booked an appointment for Saturday March 29th 2020, when I had went there, it said to call them and let them know that you are in the parking lot, so I did. I got the conversation outside that you would never believe. I was told that I could NOT go in there at all. I was told by the brown hair tattooed girl after a lengthy discussion that, "I DO NOT WANT MY PUPPIES ON THE GROUND IN THERE DUE TO THEM NOT HAVING ALL OF THEIR VACCINES, for that matter they did not even have their 1st one yet".

She demanded that I had to move 6 feet away from my own vehicle to get the puppies out herself and that they in fact would be on the ground in the room in their place of business. I asked her more than 1 time because of trying to think of something to say back to me, if they clean their shoes after walking outside before going in the room with the puppies on the ground and she CLEARLY said, NO!" She had gloves on as if I had the virus or a disease. As everybody else was walking in their place of business other than one person they left in her car next to mine so I would not feel singled out, even though I had mentioned to that lady that they would NOT let me in there with my own puppies for their 1st check up/exam.

I sat outside in the hot sun/heat then leaned on their block wall with texting my family of what they were in fact doing to me while I was in tears. They were listening with eves dropping on my own personal business phone text messages to my own family through the window with the blinds shut. (The vet told me things were said and that was the only way they could have known). I opened the vet door to tell them something with one of the puppies, and it was like GET OUT, and they demanded that I get away from the door that they do not need it blocked which nobody was around at all whatsoever.

The girl brings the puppies to my car and had the vet call me on the phone with the report on the puppies which one of the puppies has something wrong with her and she did not notice it and GAVE HER A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH for one of their techs even knows about it and has witnessed the condition herself. I asked her if I can go in and pay, she demanded "NO in a abrupt tone" to me. I told her that I had cafe mask in my car from the ER and she still said NO.

So she goes inside then comes back outside and says, " That I was NEVER told that I could not go inside their clinic". Makes another LIE to me. So then she takes forever of getting my credit card out from me while waiting in my hot car from me, so I walked in to pay myself. She had to get gloves on she said with getting my credit card from me, and she had the wrong Heart Worm medication which was the same one I had gotten the week before. She then claimed that they gave me the wrong one that I was NOT to get that one.

I walked the door of the room that they were eves dropping on my phone text meassges which was the room that they put my puppies in because they knew I was pretty close to that window while I was waiting on my payment being made being it was open on a room to say hello to my son's friend Jana and I got a voice raised at me to GET AWAY FROM THAT DOOR that she is sanitizing the room. Take it, I was 3-4 feet from it. Which you think that "Jana" sees and hears what is going on and what they talk about me in their office, that she would say, "to please stop that is the mother of my friend", but NO she does not!

It was bothering me so I called and for the owner Frank Wuest and left a message. He did not call me back. I called on Monday asking for a health certificate which my puppy was there on Saturday, they told me that Dr Frank Wuest was not in for I had only seen him once being Dr Bryna Riley Frye is who I always see other than 1 time due to progesterone testing and semen testing on a male (which was probably false info that was told to me after I realize all this time what is going on with this vet office). When I asked about Dr Bryna Riley Frye if she can do the health certificate, they told me that she was not able to do them.

I was told that YES she does do them and a client was coming in on the next day in getting one. So they lied to me, which this makes about the 12th time. So I called on Wednesday to see if Dr Frank Wuest was in and they put me on hold and said, "Let me see if a message is back there on his desk for him to call you." Next thing you know, Dr Frank Wuest is all out of breath with getting on the phone with me. He started to talk, then gave me 2 seconds to talk (to get his breath) then he began screaming up over at me while I was trying to talk to him in a nice manner as how I would like to be treated with letting him know in fact of what is going on at his clinic.

I asked him if he knew exactly what was going on if he knew, and he said, "YES that he knows exactly what is going on with his staff". I was in disbelief and thought WOW! I told him with getting a few words in, that I did not deserve that kind of treatment by his front end staff and himself for that matter that I was not in my 20's to be disrespected to". (I have a son almost 33 years of age, same age as Jana). He told me, "that they were treating me like that because I had 3 No Shows", when I in fact only had 1. Two other separate appointments were cancelled in the past with plenty of notice and rescheduled.

He said he lost money because I cancelled my appoints. "What $49.00 for a exam fee, I was thinking". His staff has to be there REGARDLESS of the fact. So, I had to use chose words up over him because he was STILL SCREAMING at me by no other choice and with telling him that I will NEVER be coming back to his clinic EVER AGAIN.

I might as well share this story too while I am on here leaving him a review of the Truth. A while back I went to this vet office on a dog that needed FHO surgery, he told me to take her to Dr Bradshaw at the ER clinic for that even though he has done them before, and I did not go back until recently when they had moved next door into the probation building. Reason why, was because they had numerous children going in and out of the back of the vet office with back backs from school. Here it is supposed to be a sanitized vet office by all means. When they had me go in the back to get my dog, that is what I had observed as well as fast food bags, cups, and the food itself with the rappers all over the counter tops with the food on them as they were eating back there while I was to come and get my own dog because she would not go to any of them. I wonder why? Hhmmm not like a Golden Retriever be like that. Their office should have been reported to the medical board for animals, as well as this Dr Frank Wuest needs to be turned in and lose his medical license.
