There is a Community Benefits payment in addition to the food orders, misleading as it is a warranty on a freezer which is not accurate.
I ordered food from Blue Ribbon Foods/Ellsworth. The food is fine, but I had an additional cost of $2000 I did not know it would be charged to me even if I didn't order more food. I am paying literally for NOTHING $66 a month to get a discount on food IF I ORDER and a freezer replacement that I still have to pay for.
I was led to believe the community benefit was if my freezer (which is my personal one and not through the company) needs to be replaced, that it would be covered and I get a new freezer for free. I am now out of food and paying for nothing and I refuse to order again. The salesman was David McDuffee and his wife Susan does the food ordering. The whole thing is misleading and fraudulent.
Over priced food! Salesman was very slick con-artists. Jeff ALBERT came to our house and was very nice btw. He promised their product is affordable. ITS NOT.......if you think paying 9.99% to 17.0% interests is good on food then you will love this company! They use a third party billing company so they can claim they have no control over billing. Multiple hidden fees and errors they promise to correct and never do! WORST mistake of my life letting my wife talk me into this deal. I trusted the salesman because he was a former Marine. He is not trustworthy. READ EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! Better yet..........RUN.........if contacted!
