Paid to rent room with balcony. Didn’t get the balcony put on 4th floor floor was hot and stunk bad. Had people beside us fighting couldn’t sleep wouldn’t answer the phone when called down. Was not going into hall where they were fighting at 2am. Got up in the morning to leave and they had towed our car. We had their parking permit on the dash of my car but I had left the door unlocked. They lady was rude showed me a pic of a car the towing company sent her as mine told her it wasn’t my car she rudely told me I apparently didn’t know my f-in car when I saw it. Which pissed me off. I informed her I did know my f-in car and 1 it didn’t have a furry wheel 2 it didn’t have a yellow tree hanging from rear view it had jewelry and 3 it didn’t have a gear stick it’s a new Lincoln all push button. She then got mad and told me she was gonna call the law and have me forcefully removed I told her go ahead or better yet wait for the one I called he should be there any min. I filed a report for car theft because that is what they did. There towing company rancho towing opened my door and tossed my permit in the drivers seat then towed the car. Motel refused to do anything although they didn’t mind taking the 450 for 2 nights they could have called and made them release but they didn’t because it’s a scam and there in with the towing company. When we checked in they told us they had there own towing company. When I got to the lot off the island to get my car they charged 273 to get it back and when they guy went with me to my car the permit was right there in my drivers seat where they put it. This place is a liar and and thiefs we have filed a police report I have pictures of where my tag in the front seat at the towing company I have there receipt where they said they towed me because I was on private property even tho I payed for and was included in my hotel fee We will be pursuing legal action ANYONE WHO HAS STAYED AT THE BLU BAY INN AND SUITS AND HAD THERE CAR TOWED PLEASE CONTACT ME. [email protected]. Tuesday I will be calling the bbb and the Texas attorney generals office filing a consumer complaint. All they had to do was call there towing company and have them release my car or refund me the charge. They say they don’t have the car towed but it’s PRIVATE PROPERTY a tow truck can’t come on the private property and tow without there permission or contract done had our lawyer tell us that. All we want is the towing fee refunded but they are dirty people and the lady working said the owner tells them to not give his name or number well the police got his name so I will be giving mr barry pataels name to attorney generals office as well. They stole my car and then charged me to get it back. STAY AWAY FROM BLUE BAY INN AND SUITS. THEY ARE NOT A RESORT EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGE A RESORT FEE AND THEY DO NOT DO THE BREAKFAST THEY CLAIM THERE A RIP OFF. they say there not in with the towing but they are there own workers state that pay the extra 50 to stay somewhere else it will save u a 273 tow charge in
