i had about 700$ in credit from trying to unlock so many devices so i out a credit of 1000$ on my account and never had any information or a number to call when they closed the owner of the company is a big scam and im getting a lawsuit against them for the non return payment of my 700$ they will be in big trouble from alot of people either they need to return my 700$ or they go in the grinder lol

Blowfish has done a good job for me for so many unlocking service orders until the order I placed on 09/04/2018 for unlocking for a T-Mobile Android device. According to Blowfish Unlocks time frame is from 1 to 5 days but as of today is 10/12/2018, my T-Mobile Android device is still locked with T-Mobile network. I contacted Blowfish unlocks 3 times at 3 different time during September and October but Blowfish Unlocks just simply ignored me. My device is 100% sure is T-Mobile device because I see the T-Mobile logo when I turned on the device. Also, I went to a local T-Mobile corporate store to verify it was a T-Mobile device. My request is simple and fair about if Blowfish Unlocks can not unlock my phone, then refund my money. It has been passed 38 days since the day I order unlocking service, so the time is more than enough to get the job done or doing the refund. Blowfish will lose a long term business relationship customer just because of $39.90.
He is such a liar, said it will take 3 days to unlock after 10 days he decided to answer my questions about it taking to long, asked him to refund my money on 2-10-18 till today haven’t gotten my money which it’s over 45 days, he won’t respond to texts nor phone calls, stay away from this guy, scammer liar!

With no response from the company for a month, I began to contact them for an resolution. After another month of no responce, I opened a credit card dispute for the payment. The very next day I finally receive and email from the company using profanity and calling me a scammer for opening a dispute. They threatened to report any IMEI's I sent to them for fraud, blacklisting them permanently. I have never encountered such unprofessional and poor business practices.

We created an account with this company, deposit money on their website to place an order. Acording to their service description the order would take 1 to 3 days. We contacted them on the 4th days asking what the status on the order was. We were told that the they will be posting all returns later on that day (nothing happen). We contacted them on the 5th days asking for status on the order again. We were told that the they will be posting all returns later on that day, I explained that we had been told this the day before. This guy just went off on me and told me that if I did not have patience than I should not be in this business. That they were bussy and that I had to wait for them to return the orders. I was so mad I just hung the phone on this man. Finally, that night we received our useless codes.
We submitted 4 units to process. Only 2 units worked, the other 2 units we were not able to enter the codes as the were unsuccessful. I contacted them again to let them know that there were 2 units telling me that the codes were unsuccessful and that we needed to either get a refund on them or for them to provide us some sort of assistance. For my luck it was the same guy from last time that answered the phone and he just went off on me again. Calling me all sort of disrespectful words and very rude.
Take this advice: This company homebase what ever you may want to call it, has no business ethic, respect or care for any one. They are vey unprofessional, disrespectful and rude people. They will not refund or correct the level of service offered. These people just keep your money and you have to put up with nonsense. Sage is a thief and a liar he will tell you only lies and exuses to keep your money.

They stole 60 from me and close ddown and scameed everyone now i switched to imeicleaning.com they dont rip you off like blowfish.com
