I have posted these same reviews on Facebook, google, trustpilot, and Twitter, and Instagram. So please make no mistake, they were not stolen by any other review site. What was ordered vs. What we got. My mom ordered flowers for my grandma and I from @bloomex_canada. She paid premium delivery so that they would be here before noon on mother's day. The flowers didn't arrive until Wednesday, May 13, 2020. As we didn't have tracking information at the time and no one rang our bell or knocked on the door, we didn't find the flowers until Thursday, May 14,2020.

What we received is not an acceptable substitute for what was ordered.

My mom put in several complaints directly to bloomex through their online chat and emails and has been refunded a total of $4.40. #unacceptable How is this company still in business with how much they scam people?! My mom paid over $100 for 2 bouquets of flowers because she wasn't going to be able to see us and they send us what? About $20 worth of garbage flowers. @Bloomex_canada pretty sure this is false advertising. #bloomex #bloomexcanada #flowers #stayawayfrombloomex #bloomexsucks #bloomexscam #disgusting #bloomexfail we didn't have tracking information for the flowers..

They were supposed to be coming via FedEx. They came Purolator. I checked the pin on the shipping label, Bloomex didn't even CREATE the shipping label until 4:46pm Sunday, May 10, 2020. The flowers then sat at the Ottawa sort facility and then the Peterborough sort facility before finally being delivered on Wednesday. Please please please do not spend your hard earned money at bloomex. You will be highly disappointed. Please find a local shop, or shop local to the person you want to send flowers too. Heck, get them from the grocery store, they'd be a nicer, fresher bunch than what you'd get from bloomex.

More about my experience with bloomex below Bloomex then challenged my review on trust pilot, saying they didn't believe I have had a genuine service experience with them. Unfortunately for them I had all the receipts, pictures of the box, the tracking info thanks to the shipping label on the box, the "greeting card" which was just a 15% off a future order and a message printed on the back, and last but not least, the horrid flowers received. My review there is now a verified review. I posted on Instagram and tagged bloomex in the flowers they sent me, can you guess what they did?

I can tell you they didn't offer to replace the flowers and they most certainly didn't offer my mom a refund. Nope, they removed their tag. I posted on their Facebook page, yet again, they didn't offer to to anything. This time I was blocked from posting on their Facebook posts. I posted on twitter, again nothing. I called out companies who partner with them, again nothing. I posted on Google, and "they" had several fake reviewers push all the bad reviews down. I say fake because I looked into every single reviewer. 90% of them only had written 3 prior reviews all for the same 3 businesses.

First off .. i ordered from a local business to help a local business and i found out that bloomex was handling my order

second, they are expensive and since when is it more expensive to ship flowers during weekends ??

i received a email saying that my order was delayed, when i logged into their website it was saying that my order was from 2016 ( 4 years ago)

i had to send them 2 emails to confirm the shipping address, i have been waiting on their chat for 15 minutes right now for answers and as of now, my order is still not delivered, and i still got no confirmation of when will it be delivered

BLOOMEX, OTTAWA, CANADA On November 1,2017 I placed two orders number 2119050 and 2119080 for fruit baskets to be delivered on December 20, 2017. These orders were to be delivered in Nepean and Kanata respectively. Each order was to cost me $112.99 CANADIAN dollars. It included the Product Price 84.99, Delivery fee 14.99 and taxes 13.00. When I used my US master card I was charged $112.99 US dollars. I live in US and as such could offer them only US credit card but EXPECTED TO GET CHARGED EQUIVALENT TO $112,99 CANADIAN dollars. BUT THE COMPANY CHARGED ME $112.99 US DOLLARS. Since the exchange rate was roughly 0.85 US dollar for 1 canadian dollar the company ended up by charging me 2x132.93=265.86 CANADIAN dollars instead of 225.98 Canadian dollars. When I protested I was told that if your address is not CANADIAN then you pay in US dollars. THAT IS A RIPPOFF. ... your description ... Kanata Ontario
