My complaint to the Bureau of Construction Codes, Office of Administrative Services REMOVED David Wright zoning enforcement officer from duty. 10/14/2017 I was attacked in my driveway by the Newaygo County Sheriff's Department and Michigan State Police with NO arrest warrant or search warrant. All the officers turned off their chest cams had their automatic weapons in my face. Beat me into submission and placed into a N.C.S.D. car. KIDNAPPED taken to Gerber Memorial Hospital.
With a falsified warrant had my blood STOLEN. Mean while mi. State trooper Devin Wilson stole an antique hunting rifle from the porch. Then took my wallet and put it in my vehicle and had it impounded. From my driveway. Then "lodged" me in the Newaygo County jail.
Paid the bond. Hold placed on me from Kent county. Transfered to Kent county Jail. After 3 days. See the judge. Says she knows nothing about my case but due to the severity of the charges. Will not issue me a bond. Set court date for pre-lim for 2 weeks away.
I retain attorney Joesph S. Smigiel Jr. p28034. He shows up to pri-lim 6 hours late. The second time I get moved from jail to go to court. Lawyer wants me to waive pre -lim and begin to plea deal it out. Told him no. I didn't do anything wrong and I do not want to waive pre -lim. Court date set for a week later....still in jail. No bond.
Pre Lim, Joe Smigiel my RETAINED attorney. Goes on vacation to Maui. And he sends a substitute lawyer. Sub lawyer Charles L. Clapp p34015 says I can get you a $50k bond if you waive the preliminary exam.
