We were scammed by bloom residences and a man named phil wallace. In july 2017 while on vacation in cabo san lucas mexico we were talked into attending a timeshare presentation. The presentation was given by the man named phil wallace and he represented the bloom residences / express travel solution and sold us a timeshare for $17,100usd.(2 bedroom room for 4 weeks)
In early february 2018 when i called to reserve the accommodation no one could help us and no information was on their system regarding the timeshare purchase.
Please avoid and stay from phil wallace he is a scammer and a liar!
