I met Timothy off of a platform called Go High Level (https://www.gohighlevel.com/main-page?fp_ref=meet-jenna-nc58) which is a excellent platform for marketing agencies. They have a great product to offer. However, they allow other marketing agencies to advertise on the site for consumers looking for marketing services which is how I came across Timothy Lee (Petty)(jr.)
This guy asked for 3k upfront, 1k setup and 2k for marketing including FB ads. He made a big story on of how I'm going to see leads flooding my site and email. I provided him all the logins for social media and such and nothing was done over a 3 wk period. Just constant lies of stating he was working on it and it takes time despite him texting me stating tomorrow this will happen and tomorrow that will happen and I have 5-6 ads running for you on FB. (as if I couldn't see my account and no ads posted) Just constant lies.
So I decided to terminate the relationship and he last minute tried to do all this work on my site and platforms to make it seem like had done it already. I had already changed the pw on some accounts for him not to be able to access and then told him to cease all work
I asked for a refund and he didn't want to cooperate at all. Eventually, he said $2300 of my 3k bc he had actually done some work. I didn't agree as all the work he attempted to do was in the last 48 hrs. I had my bank do a chargeback. He canceled his refund that he claimed he initiated but I don't think he ever started and rejected my chargeback as if the bank wasn't going to let me know but he constantly stated he refunded my money via stripe and it takes 3-10 days. Mind you, it has been a month and still no refund as of today.
During this process I proceeded to do a further background check on him as he wasn't aware that I'm in collections also and pulled his TLO Report. SURPRISE SURPRISE- 16 CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR SERVICES UNDER HIS AND ALIASES ALONG WITH COMPANIES HE IS AFFILIATED WITH. I brought this to his attention and he said wrong person (NOT POSSIBLE) exact name, d.o.b,age and all matched.
He has been on probation and had FELONY CRIMES for internet services. He may have even spent 3 yrs in jail for some of the crimes per the report. I sent him the report and he didn't deny the charges, only that some family members weren't his...HAHAHA!
THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TIMOTHY LEE OR BLOK AGENCY. THIS IS HIS FIRST OR LAST SCAM ATTEMPT. HE EITHER DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING OR DOESN'T HAVE THE STAFF TO DO THE WORK LOAD AND MAKES FALSE PROMISES WITH NO DELIVERY.
STILL AWAITING MY REFUND AS OF TODAY! ( I may still have to sue him in court to add to his wrap sheet)
