My company entered into a contract with pastor / world evangelist john n fair and his company blitz media studios in frisco texas on 7/2/19.
J. Fair and his company blitz media studios was foolishly paid in full by my company without having all aspects of our contract complete on 2/1/20, as he is a very smooth talker and falsely uses the lords name to extract money from his clients while painting this amazing picture of what he’s going to do for them.
I only wish i would’ve done research on john fair before i ever entered into a contract with him. If i would’ve googled him, i 1st off would’ve seen that he has quite the track record dating all the way back to wed, april 20, 2011 on scamion in regards to report: #719997.
I met with john and debby fair at their home office 3498 chesapeake dr frisco, tx 75034 where blitz media studios is located on 2/14/20. This day john asked me to put him on a $4000 - $6000 per month “drip system” so he can keep working on my site. Needless to say, i was completely appalled at his request as he hadn’t even finished our contract that he’s been paid in full by me 2 weeks previously.
I went home later that night, thought about everything, and i wrote a very direct email to john n fair the very next day on 2/15/20 asking for a timeline of when our contract will be complete between me and john fair / blitzmediastudios.com / blitz media studios llc because not only were we past our launch date but he was paid in full and i was loosing complete faith in this company by the day.

I can't start making $4000 moreover $6000 monthly payments to you.
Per our contract - let's finish my website, marketing, client generation, leads, video shoots, social media, advertising across all platforms, business cards, apparel, make it live ect - just to name a few things that need to be complete per our contract.
It would be most advantageous for you and i to complete our 1st contract and expectations before moving forward.
Yes! everything listed above was in my email verbatim and in our contract that i paid in full already. See pricing below:
Positioning interview: $1,950
Lead magnet: $4,950

Along with everything stated above - our contract also has d.R. Magazine ad, radio spot, newspaper ad, d.R. Tv commercial that were never delivered that i paid for and much more!
On 3/30/20 i emailed a very long list of things that i could see as the client that needed to be fixed on the website alone before it went live.
The week of 4/6/20, john was extremely eager to take my website live. I received a message from him stating the website was complete and ready to launch.
On 4/14/20 my site finally went live.
The morning of 4/14/20 i sent an email to john at 8:19am stating:
Glad to see website live.
Please email me back a timeline in regards to finish our contract exceptions / deliverables and outcome. Thank you.
John called me shortly after i sent the email to him the morning on that tuesday 4/14/20 from 9:29am to 9:44am john fair cursed me up one side and down the other. I luckily recorded this entire 42 minute conversation i informed john 15 minutes into him cursing me out to tell him i was recording the phone call and the cursing stopped.
I will find a place here on the web to post the audio call so all can hear as well as it will be included in my lawsuit against john fair.
4/15/20 i sent another email:
John,
I've been asking for a timeline to complete each part of our contract since february 15th. I asked for the videos from ire and aerial footage with no response.
After being cursed at for 15 minutes yesterday, not getting an answer to my questions and you telling me the website is complete without asking my opinion moreover the website not working in several different areas - i dont want to continue doing business with you or blitz.
As i said before,
You can issue a refund for all work i paid for that's not complete on our contract
4/21/20 i retained counsel and sent an email stating:
John,
Per our contract that started on 7/2/19 - ars website was suppose to have live preview and quality check 2/8/20 - 2-14-20.
You were paid in full for the entire contract on ars' end Not just the website) on 2/1/20.
I emailed you on 2/15/20 the first time asking for a timeline when our contract will be complete and got no response whatsoever.
Ars website still wasn't complete after i sent another email on 3/30/2020 with a "button up" of what i could still find wrong, as the client - with the site and what needed to be changed / added.
Got no response in regards to my email. Shortly after i received from you - the website is complete and ready to launch.
At that point, i knew my website fixes were not done and i didn't know the severity of how damaged the internal files were on the site as we've been taking many notes while fixing and making all requested "tweaks" but was still willing to launch because at that point i lost all faith with you and blitz that the site would never get finished. Thats when i started reaching out to other companies that could fulfill a contract in a reasonable time frame.
Long story short:
Ars is not a happy client with john fair or blitz media studios time frame and not communicating or responding to important emails pertaining to timelines after being paid in full for services still not rendered. Moreover, my attorney couldn't find a corporation filed with any secretary of state whatsoever for blitz media studios or even a simple dba in any county.
Ars' website was still not complete when made live even after punch list was emailed. Ars still hasn't received any files we requested pertaining to ars' videos that was paid for These could've been emailed or even mailed to me on an external hard drive to show good faith anytime before today) marketing, client generation, leads, 2 day location video shoots with award winning teams / on air talent and much more, social media, advertising across all platforms, business cards, apparel, direct marketing, optimization, tv commercial, radio spot-radio ad, magazine ad, ect - most everything not complete per our contract.

Bottom line:
Today 4/21/20 - we're willing to pay for the website even with it not complete to our satisfaction - $6950
And we're willing to pay 50% of the video production as we still haven't received files i keep requesting and things on video production page not complete - $7475
After spending quite some time here going through the contract and dialog between us - right now with my attorney - we are requesting a refund in the amount of $24,075 with no attorney fees as of now, if satisfied today, for everything not complete on john fairs side of contract.
Today - 4/24/20 john finally responded basically saying that because “the website is so great” that i owe him more money just for the site!
John, if you wanted $38,500 for just a website - moreover a website that i had to hire another company to fix and finish that i’m spending thousands and thousands of dollars on right now, then you should have wrote the contract for $38,500 for the website only - but then again, i would’ve never hired you if that were the case.
Needless to say, i'm filing a lawsuit.
