We ordered a product for our blinds on 8/30/2018. Blindsparts.com requested we send a check which we did. Check was cashed on 9/5/2018.
As of 10/27/2018 we have not yet received our product. We have made multiple attempts at calls/emails and these are not returned. In fact, their only customer service line dead-ends at an answering machine. We have filed a complaint with the BBB of Southern AZ.
