This "company" is staight up FRAUDULENT. They have a website, and also advertise on FB & IG, posing as a Faith-based clothing retailer. They eagerly accept your payment, but that's where it begins & ends. The orders are NEVER PROCESSED, SHIPPED or DELIVERED!
I ordered a sweatshirt 3 months ago. Surely you know what's coming next...
I never got my order. If you finally do get a response to your emails, they're filled with dribble, lies & loads of lame excuses as they try to justify the obscene delay - none of which are legitimate. In my final email, I very FIRMLY & clearly said this:
• I want a full refund NOW, no excuse from you.
• I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and with your local BBB in Kansas City, Missouri.
• I initiated a charge dispute with my bank and they began an investigation into "The Fully Blessed" / "Blessed Fully" (whatever other fake LLCs they hide behind).
Their email reply to that:
"Hi Wen,
We sincerely apologize for the late delivery of your order. We are unable to cancel/issue a refund for an order that's in transit. Your package will be delivered soon.
I placed an order Apeil 29, 2020 for a shirt. I have a confirmation #19405. As of todays date July27 2020 I have not received the shirt. If you can't ship the shirt then give me my money back. (24.99)
I ordered a t-shirt in April and as of June 17th it has not arrived. I sent 3 emails and called leaving a message which was not returned. As of today I have entered a dispute with my bank but will not hold my breath that I ever receive my order. Please do not deal with the company. They are obviously a fraud.
Ordered in march. Supposedly shipped by yun express on march 29. As of may 23 it is still in transit. When we called the number was disconnected. The [email protected] is bogus.
