Purchased two on March 24, 2017, one for me and one for a gift. Received both, tried them both out. Worked fine. Gave one to my brother. Used mine a couple of times then put it away for later use. Picked it up a couple of days ago, and it wouldn't work. Checked the batteries and they were OK. Called my brother to see if his worked. He hadn't used his since I gave it to him. His wouldn't work either and the batteries were still good. Tried to call Blazeray @ 844-899-7555 and got a recorded message to email "[email protected]". That just puts you back to the starting point again. Don't know what they mean byt "Customer Service" 'cause there isn't anyway to contact them. There's either a problem with the switch or the bulb. Either way, save your money. If someone out there knows how to contact them, please give the information.

I recently received a bill from my credit card company. I so happened that I had not used this card for a long while. To my amazement there was a charge on their from a company called Blazeray I had no idea who they were and how they were able to get my credit card number. There was a telephone number on my CC statement to call, I did to only get a auto message saying for customer service go to [email protected]. I did only to find that there was no option to get a hold of this company. it appeared to be a advertise site for customer service. i clicked on everything including live chat. No response.
My credit card was comprimised which makes me very angry. Have to get new card.
it would appear on this site other people have had a similar experience with this company. what give here???
I did not use my card for this as I didnt order it. The company used my credit card fraudently. Please note I checked the box I used my card as that is how I found out about the charge. I never personally gave my card number to this fraudelent company. so I didnt use my card they decided to.

I ordered 5 flashlights from blazeray on October 19th,2016 Paid by credit card, money already charged on card since October 19th, 2016 Paid extra for faster delivery service Still no flashlights, now November 11th, 2016 Totally ridiculous and the company is still on line A support site, but can not access it Terrible buy on my behalf, trusting this company, thought I was getting top technology new age flashlights Should of gone to Costco,great store to buy from and return policies are great Thank you so much, hopefully for your help and hope something happens to this company I do have credit card records, hopefully not to need in the future
I placed an order for these flashlights 20 days ago. Charges hit my CC and have recieved my bill. Still no flashlights. Called Blaze Ray ph# and get a recorded message to contact thier support site. No such site to contact. No way to follow up on the status of my order.
I ordered one flashlite with one free for $12, deal was 1/2 off. I said yes to payment, then it said my cost was $24. I immediately tried to cancel order via email since the phone just said to go to website. Blazeray responded that they were looking at my request. Three days later they informed me they had just shipped my order. I got the flashlites, but was not what I had ordered. Now website is down.
I ordered my Blazeray flashlights and got buy one, get one free (if you consider 2 flashlights at 24 dollars ) and received them in about 10 days. They are everything as advertised. Sorry anyone else had bad experiences with them, but I'm happy with it.

*Ordered 5 flashlights by internet on 11/19/2016. Have not received flashlights yet. Credit Card been charged. Emailed them and response was UPS lost the order. They are unable to credit back the credit card and them can't ship out another for 3 days. *
I have paid but not received the flashlight. After contacting DHL, I was told that even though I had paid in full as well as having to pay import duties, which were not mentioned, Blazeray had requested the return of the parcel. DHL had done so, even though I had paid them directly for import charges. Will take this as far as I can.
