On 7-16 I ordered two portable units from Blaux. $148.93. When I founf out it would take 2 to 3 months to get the units I cancelled on same day. I requested a refund fro there web page. I was notified that it would take 7 to 15 days. OK. Then on 8-2 I emailed the company and asked where my refund money was. That is when this whole nightmare started. I have been emailed by at least seven customer service reps, telling me they would get me a refund. Then Im told that the refunds were done on 8-6. I checked with my bank and I did receive a refund for the filter and warranty, but not for the portable units,$148.93, So I got copies of my bank statement from 8-1 to 9-1 to show them no refund for R148.93 was ever put back into my account.

Now they are telling me, I need to track the tracking number for my refund. Who do I track it with. When I called my bank and gave them the tracking number, they just laughed at me. This is not right, I really need help getting that money back. We havent worked since 3-17 and here in Nevada irs getting back. Because of our age, I doubt well ever find work again. I purchased their Portable AC unit in June of 2020. At the time it was the ONLY portable AC unit they were selling. I purchased directly from their website - blaux.com. I never received a purchase confirmation nor a shipping confirmation as indicated during purchase on their site.

On August 21st I received a unit that looked NOTHING like what I purchased. I received what they are now calling the "New Model" F832. It's a total piece of junk! I NEVER would have paid $100 for this! At NO time did Blaux contact me for permission to ship an alternate product.

Still waiting to hear back from their support. I sent a message demanding a return paid by them and a full, unconditional refund.

Will be filing a dispute with my bank as well to protect myself.

AVOID this company at all costs. Completely dishonest! Search "Blaux Company" and you see hundreds of horror stories.

I ordered and paid $98.94 for a portable a/c unit on June 26th from the website buyblaux.com. I did my due diligence or so I thought before ordering. Following my order, I received confirmation of the order, but the company hasn't provided any further correspondence regarding shipping or to my multiple emails I've sent since regarding my order.

I have discovered online that this company is fraudulent and has been doing this to many other people since advertising heavily in the spring and summer months. I still receive sales emails from the company but haven't been able to get ahold of anyone with the customer services phone numbers provided and they haven't replied to any of my 4 previous emails.

Over a month ago, I purchased a portable air conditioner. I paid and was charged $98.94. I have repeatedly asked for tracking information. All of my emails have been ignored.

Blaux scam, never received items and can't get in touch with them

Placed order on 6/23/20 and payment applied to my cc at that time and I received a confirmation of the order via email from Blaux. Started checking tracking status right away and nothing so on 7/1/20 I replied via the bounce back confirmation email asking for status. No response which raised my suspicions so kept checking on it and have attempted phone contact via your customer support # which says it can't take calls and then tried a chat message which won't go through and also email which has just been ignored to date. Not a reputable company and It's now 8/6/20 and still no response even after multiple attempts to cancel the order. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Blaux.

Website claims "hassle free returns" and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I purchased 2 items and after trying one out I tried to return one of them because they were not what I expected and did not perform as advertised, the Blaux portable ACs. Support told me they only accept returns for damaged items. I sent screen shots of their return claims from their website and support told me those images were not from their website. I then sent support a link to their website where those claims are posted. I simply want to return an unused item.
