warning to all those looking to do business with refuse to provide refunds at any time and for any reason. I signed up and, after struggling to use their underdeveloped interface for a few weeks, attempted to cancel my account.

The process was not straightforward forward and that resulted in me being charged $100 three times before I realized the account was still active. I reached out support and asked them to refund, (like every other tech company in the marketing world does without an issue, especially if they could clearly see the account has been totally unused for months).

At this point they rejected the honest refund request, I suspect it is because they are experiencing financial issues but don't know that for sure.

In any case stay far away, if the refund policies don't get you the long approval times for campaigns will because, yes, they manually review every single campaign before it is sent out, which can sometimes take days to accomplish!
