Super shady Amazon listings. Items say "Gaming PC" but there's no GPU and the parts are assembled poorly.
Refund policy basically allows them to claim returned products were "improperly packed" and deny refund. Managed to get my money back by fully documenting how I packaged it for return and leaving a note that I had photos to back me up if they tried to make false claims.
Wife purchased laptop from Blair TG. Within two months it started acting up with intermittent issues. VERY difficult to make contact with anyone from company. "Customer Service" non-existent!!! Finally spoke with someone who agreed laptop should not be having issues. Advised after 30 day warranty, but send back at your expense and we'll fix. Sent back. Tried several times to make contact with company to find out what was going on. After several phone calls, "representative" called and left message... "Hi, we called. Call us back if you want" kind of message. Approx. 1 week later laptop shows up in mail. NO indication as to what was done, what was found, what was replaced. And NO activation code sticker to even start up the laptop. When email stating complaint was sent to Kevin Lane, VP Sales and Meghean Bright, CS Manager, NO RESPONSE (again) was sent to us intentionally. However, THIS is the response Meghean accidentally cc'd to me when she apparently responded to Kevin Lane...
"Yes. She was out of warranty. By months and we still repaired it we were never contacted until late March early April and I can’t remember what they did but it was repaired and shipped back out. Wasn’t wasting the time to argue with him over something we didn’t have to do. She called once and left a voicemail I called her right back and nobody answered. I wasn’t gonna burst his bubble with call records. And on every voicemail we just say this is Blair and we were returning your call these are the business hours you can give us a call back. She knows our number she called. And she never emailed about any of it. He is a real winner who thought we should replace something out of warranty when we explained we would only repair and that was simply because of the amount spent. We should of just said no and I actually talked with Mary and we will just have to take hits from people and not be nice because they think we owe them the world"
Oops! (That awkward moment when both you and your boss realize that you REALLY EFFED up this time!!!)
Name calling and honest to goodness truth on how the customer is REALLY treated and thought of. “We will just have to take hits from people…”
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS CONSCIENCE OR MORALS. ETHICS??? NONE!!! BUYER BEWARE... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
The box arrived after a purchase from eBay. It was terribly battered and ripped. I recevied three packages that day and only theirs was horribly mangled, containing the computer screen and cables (Of Course).
From start up the computer was defective. Beeping at me non stop and the fan was so loud I emailed the company right away with pictures of the mangled boxes. No response. I opened the case and the wires were so poorly placed they had knocked the memory cards out of the slots. I secured everything and put it back together.
I messaged them via eBay and they told me I HAVE TO pay for shipping of the defective item. I work 40 hours a week, take care of my autisic son, and am trying to obtain a degree online. I now do not have the time or money to do any of this as my courses have already begun. This has put me in an awful position and I will now have to try to save once again and purchase another somehow. Buyer beware of this awful company.

RE: Walmart Escalation LR Lionel Rubio Reply| Thu 5/18, 10:25 AM BTG Support ([email protected]) I I can certainly set up a return for this item, however with the listing not indicating the PC has an HDMI port (none in the 700 series do) we would not be able to cover the shipping cost back to us. I'll add the RMA information to this email, and once we receive that back in to the warehouse, we'll process the refund. I under stand that you are trying to skip the shipping cost, but is was a mistake that you has to assume, when I trust Walmart in this deal.
