I ordered this item back on January 19, 2021 and received it on February 23,2021. They claim the order would be shipped in 7 - 15 days. I was waiting for a hand held battery operated wood trimmer and what I got was a piece of chain for a chain saw. This is the 2nd time for me being ripped off, and I presume it is the same company just a different name, because I received the same thing the first time ! For $37.98 I could have just bought a 20 inch chain saw blade and still have change left over.
Once they received my credit card order I did receive an Order # of 5267. When the product didnt arrive on time I began to notify them through their e-mail address and they never answered my concerns. At the first letter I should have know that this outlaw place was going to be a rip off because they never did reply to any of my many e-mails I sent to them..Well they may have gotten the last laugh but I'll push this if it costs over $10,000 to show them that you just can't screw people with false advertizement, and this is exactly what they did.
So if they want a Fight they came to the right person to screw over. I'm a fighter for what is right and what I should receive. These people ruin it for other people who shop over the internet and like me they are taken in with their false advertizement. So SCREW ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU , CREW ME TWICE SHAME ON ME. This will never happen again because my internet shopping is over and this company should be held accountably for their Actions.
