Black Tusk Resources had signed a business contract with Steinberg Valentino. They promised payment at the end of job completion. Black Tusk assured us that payment would be made without delay. Now Steinberg Valentino holds Richard Penn and his company liable for breach of contract. Not only did the delay the payment, but have refused point black to pay at all. Invoices for payment were sent twice, which they ignored. When representatives from Steinberg Valentino were sent, they were met with very nasty behavior.
Not only did they try to intimidate us but also threw out threats. The scumbags acted as if we were begging them for charity instead of our rightful payment.
