I saw this company on a website of 'suggested best operators list' (must have been done by themselves) as they are complete and total scammers. Be well warned!! I deposited funds with them for conversion to BTC, to be told I had to wait 7 days to be able to withdraw - so that I did.

When I went back in to do this withdrawal, here's the message I got... "Sorry, you must maintain an account balance of $424.00000000 USD. Your current account balance is approximately $434.14664993 USD." Nowhere on their website do they prior inform of this requirement, so it's a total scam of Non-Disclosure.

Beware... beware... beware!! stay far away from this company - they'll do you down and steal your funds, for sure!!

I am Ashish Aggarwal investor in Bittrex. I invested approx 55000 rupees in it. In 2018 it got hacked and I lost my BTG. My security was compromised as well as privacy.

I contacted several times with customer care they said we informed you to sign in and recover.But the thing is their interface was designed in such a way that it was not understandable to recover. Now they refuse to give back my BTG which I got it for 250 dollars approx. Kindly get it recovered and i demand compensation of 30000 us dollars for getting hacked my data and compromising with my privacy as well as security.For your reference I have attached screenshot showing funds pumped in Bittrex.

Kindly put pressure on Bittrex global as they are looting people and being billioners.I beg you if they dont compensate cancel their license to run exchange.

August 23, 2017 Opened account Bittrex Inc 1813 Broadway E, Seattle, Washington 98102 January 6, 2018 BItrex Account ACCOUNT BALANCES Estimated Value: 0.03666675 BTC / 565.13 US PENDING WITHDRAWALS CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS Followed all verification steps. Received confirmation of enhanced verification. Was able to trade within the platform, but when I came to withdraw my funds by December 2017, I was not getting my withdrawal emails. I followed all steps sent to me via automated emails. I am able to received customer support emails, but not an actual solution so that I can withdraw. I then requested to change my email address to resolve this problem. Same automated responses. Five months later and multiple request tickets, my issue is not resolved. Every request is met with an automated responses, but no individual to specifically ask about how to resolve issue. I know by heart every response to every issue type, but the issue apparently never reviewed by a person .Every few days, I receive an email stating they my request has been solved, when it has not. This also appears to be a robotic response. My funds have devalued due to lack of access to withdrawal email. All I need if for a person at Bittrex to respond as to why I do not get a withdrawal email, but I get automated emails. Or, to respond as to why it appears impossible to change to another email to insure that it is not an email issue. In any case, they have totally failed to provide customer support to solve what appears to be a simple issue. It feels as though there is no one actually responding to customers but it is robots responding. Beginning to feel I have fallen in the hands of fraudsters…. When I wanted to withdraw my funds ($660.00), I was not receiving my emails to the email address on file. After trying several weeks to get email address, I kept receiving the following message from Bittrex support: ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ December 20, 2017 11:38 Automated email The best way to change your email address is to create a new account and withdrawal your funds to that account. I did this but the second account was blocked because the ID was the same as the original account. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Jan 9, 11:50 PSTZ I received message from Bittrex, Zachary (Bittrex Support) If you keep spamming tickets and harassing our agents, we will have no other option than to ban you from our website.. There is nothing I can do from my end. Bittrex. This message is problematic: 1.” If you keep spamming tickets and harassing our agents, we will have no other option than to ban you from our website.” This is a threat to a client. Bittrex is threatening to keep my funds because they somehow feel harassed by a client’s frustration at Bittrex”s lack of customer service. 2. Please check your spam folder and your settings to make sure you are accepting our email to your inbox. There is nothing I can do from my end.” _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ January 9, 2018 The initial requests for support were given enough time to be addressed. Because the company failed consistently to respond to simple support requests, I escalated the requests in the hopes of a resolution. At no point did a support member respond, but instead my support requests were met with automated, robotic responses that did not address or solve my inability to withdraw funds. The original request was simply to change email address but at no time did Bitttrex address this problem. To this day my funds are still with Bittrex with no response on how to address the problem. Repeated requests is not harassment, it simply demonstrates the level of frustration at having funds inaccessible to the owner. It is irrelevant how many requests or their perceived tone. They continue to fail to give me access to my funds. In fact, submitting repeated emails under different issue category revealed that all responses are automated, and there is no customer support that actually addresses what appears to be a simple issue. I have copies of all emails, and although some convey frustration, they are NOT harassing in nature. Even if they were, the responsibility still lies with Bittrex to allow withdrawal of funds to the customer. I have copies of all emails. In addition, I do not even understand what 'spamming' entails. _____________________________________________________________ I HAVE DONE THIS MANY TIMES. Bittrex demonstrate that they have no concern with my inability to receive emails to withdraw funds and fails to take responsibility for customer support. I have followed every step outlined in their automated responses. I have checked spam folders, changed spam settings, and whitelisted Bittrex. To get around the lack of receiving emails to trade, I have requested numerous times that my email be changed . Bittrex continued to send emails to the original non-working email address despite numerous requests. Bittrex’s emails may have been marked delivered, but were not received by me. Consequently, there is no way to open a Bittrex second account to have a second email because the ID in the second account is already "used”. Vicious circle of inability to withdraw. I did receive another email requesting more validation (selfie with Florida ID, and date of picture), which I sent today I have already sent all necessary documents but they are still sending me automated emails as if I had not responded by sending all documents requested. On January 13th 2018 i sent a transfer of Bitcoin .7 valued in USD $10,000 at the time from my GDAX account to my Bittrex account. The deposit to this date has not shown in my account. I've sent multiple support tickets and only one response has been recieved from "Ryan" saying they are not responsible for deposits sent to another address. Its almost impossible to put in the wrong address. You copy and paste. I could see if maybe the address Bittrex provides i didn't copy the entire address over but this was not the case. I went into "Blockchain.info to verify and confirm my deposit which had 1000+ confirmation last i checked a week ago.

I also verified the address where my funds were deposited to looked nothing even close to my Bittrex address. I could verify my BTC had been deposited as well as many other BTC deposits and also could see the same amount of my deposit was transferred out the very next day. The Bullshit thing about this whole racket is you cannot verify who owns the address. So Mr Bill Shihara CEO of Bittrex i aint saying ya stole my money but i guess if you wanted to nobody could pin it on you! I'm taking this to social media and will find out others who have also been scammed. Bittrex has a Facebook page with over 8000 posts from people claiming to have been scammed by this company.

I went by Bittrex's published company address in Redmond WA only to find it was an apartment building. I could see a server room setup with ventilation going out the window. The woman who came to the door denied knowing or being connected to Bittrex, WTF! Ok so you tell the Department of Revenue your business address but don't tell the person whos running your operation the business is operationg from that location!!!???

I have filed a police report, a complaint with the state of WA AG. I"m also in contact and workking with the Secret Service. There are too many complaints against Bittrex for this to be a legitimate operation. I'm going to Social media nex and then to the news stations to provide a compelling story of whats happening with this company.

I deposited ETH 0.5956074 which is equal to $742.12 to Bittrex and it showed Pending then disappeared. I have submitted a ticket and the only response that I keep receiving is that they are inundated and keep sending email asking me if it has been resolved without taking any action. If I do not respond to the email that the situation is still problematic then they will send an email stating problem solved.

Bittrex is fraud. they locked my account on december 13 2017 when i request to unlock my account they unlocked on december 18 2017 and there were no coins and value was $0. my account wroth was $5500 whenever i login in bittrex i get email on same time with ip address i checked all emails that was mine ip address when i entered last time nothing else. but question is where are my coins? who hacked even my computer no body use it in my home i have every thing my own in my home. telling you true and being honest bittrex is fraud because only those software engineers knows my information and i am worried they have all my personal information which they can easily

customer service was closed then how this guy picked up my call and answered. bittrex is third exchange. 4) when you email them for ticket support from pacific standard time area you will see your time in email your time but when they will reply that is asian time not pacific time. 5) according to my investigation bittrex operating from india not in Las vegas they are just using Las Vegas Name because of this reason people would like to trust. Please draw all the money from all exchanges not only bitrex. I have opened account with Bittex in septmber. I have purchased crypto currency from bittrex of value$10000+ My coins got stolen from my account. I launched mutiple support tickets but no response from bittrex. They don't have any phone support and not respodning to stolen coins. I am under big loss amd not getting any response from Biitrex support.

I deposited $3000 into my Bittrex account to trade Bitcoin and Ethereum. After two months of trading, they decided to lock/disable my account becuase thet said i was a "Politically Exposed Person". Please see their exact response below:

Our identity provider says that you are a "Politically Exposed Person". This is often times a false positive because of the limited information we have with basic accounts but you will need to enhance verify for us to be sure.

Please login and enhance verify your account then reply here once complete.

Please click Settings->Enhanced Verification to perform this level of verification.

I signed up for a "BASIC" account which allows me to withdraw up to 3 Bitcoins per day (as per their FAQ page).

I have a little over $3000 in the account which is slightly more than 1/2 of a bitcoin. These jerks decide for whatever reason to lock my account until I get the "Enhanced" account. I am a hard working person and 3k does not come easy to me. They locked my account at a time that the current coin I was trading was starting to sky-rocket, and I lost out on selling to make my profits. They are not to be trusted. I suggest you use a more reputable company like GDAX or Poloniex.
