They did not forward my bitcoins to the designated address and they dop not answer customer support. If you do a google search for BITMIX they are the first webiste that shows up (thanks for screwing me google). I should have done some research online before trying them, apparently they do this all the time: Take people's money and keep it without doing any services for you.
