Ordered online 2 cameras for the price of one. was charged 114.80 on jan 31 2018 and recieved email saying order will be shipped and will be sent tracking info at a later date. never recieved any other emails or the product

I ordered a buy one get one free cameras with accessories on Jan 21st 2018 and have never heard from anyone since. I am no longer able to find them on line. I want a refund from the crooks!!!

Ordered two dash cams and two sd cards in February, they took $145 out of my account on 10th Feb 2018and now is 10th may 2018 and heard nothing, no emails, no calls. Supposed to get a tracking number, nothing. Ripped off . Would like to know if they are legit and has it happened to others

I bought two cameras in January on line. My credit card was charged $174.80 on Jan. 18 2018. It is now April 12, 2018 and I have received no product or shipment notification. Each time I have tried to get in touch I get an automated response that shipping is taking longer than expected but there is no way to respond otherwise. I have been scammed and want to let everyone know not to do business with this company!

On Feb. 6,2018 I ordered the video camera, buy one get one free with optional ds card. A total of 154 dollars was deducted from my account. I have tried several times to contact them to no avail.

On or about Feb 21, 2018, I viewed an Internet special two for one ad and ordered two road csameras with two extra capacity cards for $89.80. On Feb 23 my credi card account was debited by BITDEALS.STORE INC HTTPS BITDEALS NJ for that amount. I have not received any contact or merchandise that I paid for. I have had no success in contacting this company. Today is April 6, 2018 and I haven't received anything. Please help!

I took part in a deal from Bitdeals.Store Inc for 2 GoPro cameras for the price of one on the 29th January, 2018, the money which was $172.57 US was taken from my credit card but as to date which is now the 4th April 2018 I have not received my product even though I have tried to make contact with them.

Ordered the video camera approx. the end of January 2018. Money was taken out of my account on 02/05/18. Never received a comformation email. The video cameras were never delivered to my address.

Ordered BOGO 2.4” Roadcams on 2/21/18. Paid $60.82 including shipping costs. Never received the product and the Bitdeals website is now unavailable. Apparently they stole my money and closed shop. I used a credit card for this purchase and have filed a disputed charge with them. This system will not let me say 'yes’ to Did you pay with a credit card.

On Feb 21 I ordered their special, 2 road cameras with extra memory for $129.80. On Feb 23 my account was debited by bitdeals for that amount. I have not received any contact or merchandise that I paid for. My attempts to contact them resulted in multiple "this page can no longer be found" messages. Today is March 23 and I still haven't received anything! For further reference see report #1434879 where the same thing happened to someone else. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

I ordered two HD dash cams and 2 32 gig memory cards for them for $129.80 on February 14th and my card was instantly billed. I recieved an email confirming my order with an order number. After 5 days of not recieving notice of the product being shipped, I responded to the email listed on the order to check on the status. ([email protected]) This is what I recieved back.

I have replied to the email listed again and again which goes to [email protected], who confirmed my order above, and have not recieved any response again.

Their website is still listed but all of the pages are removed, but I can still get to the page by searching images in Google and get this url that will take you to a page to still purchase this camera but for a different price. I am going to have to go to my credit card company to get my payment reversed as I am assuming that I will never get my product that I ordered.
