Upon making a bitcvoin deposit to them, I try and check the hash tag confirmations, only to find that the hash tag is not on the block chain, How does that happen?
So I inform them of the issue, they say send in a support ticket and wait 24 hours.
I do and waiit for 24 hours, no reply from support saying they got my ticket.
Tonight I get the same crap, we never got it, send ina support ticket.
