Worked for bishop inspections for 4.5 years, with the best ontime percentage rate in the company with a huge coverage area. In september he updated his software, which was a total disaster, lost time and wages, plus double fuel bills having to do the route twice for the same amount of inspections, the update made it impossible to due my job, and I went through hours on end day after day with his software company trying to fix this,at my expense, I would travel 300 to 400 miles a day, and could not keep up because of the software screw up, when I asked for compensation for the time, gas money, and lost inspections per day, his response was "it is what it is" if I didn't like it just go on home and he would find someone else, so thats what I did, I was due a check the first week of october, never came, contacted his wife, and she said "she forgot to pay me", check came 3 weeks late, and not correct, I contacted them about this issue, and NEVER received a response. I was due another check the first week of november, and still no check, when I contacted them, they seem to have forgot to pay me again, then decided since I quit, they would keep most of my money, and here it is december the 22nd, and still no check. They are crooks, if you contact me I will forward all communication from paul on this matter clearly showing how they are crooks. Paul is an excellent salesman, and an eloquent speaker, but just remember, thats just a crook in sheep clothing.
I have been an employee of bishops for a while. It started off great but then they begged me to help in areas way away and I agreed to help for awhile. Well that turned into years.
I emailed them numerous times and told them to find someone else as I couldn't handle that volume any longer. Then I started having lates and Paul told me I would only get half price for lates ok fine I told him to please remove those counties.
Instead he said no if we have to get you someone to help you we will charge you back for the ones they help with. Funny part is when. I request they reassign those counties they tell me they have noone but if they can charge me back they have a replacement all of a sudden.
This company is a joke. And will cause you to run the wheels off your car and refuse to pay you. It's a joke.
These guys are an absolute joke. They will make promises of how easy the work is and how you can work at your own pace. But after they find out you're competent they will overload you with so many there is no way you can complete them all on time and that's where they get you. You don't get paid if they are not completed on time. If you decide to quit doing an area they will charge you back for any they have to reassign. The owner is a complete Ahole who has not ethnics at all. In my very short time there I had 3 different people handling my assignments. The head lady left a month after I started. It was down hill from there. Don't get conned by these dbags Paul Bishop is a jerk and an absolute scam artist.
Employment starts out slow, than you have a ton of work poured into your schedule that you never agreed to do. they just need help, is the story. you start to hear the lies, miss comunication. than the threats of how you are to pay him for the work you did not do.
no pay to you is what happens until you go to court. worked 4 months, paid incorrect for 2. out gas and auto miles and maint on car and printer ink, paper. time etc for full 2 additional months.
