I Will Never Do A Medical Study With BioPharma Services Inc. F*ck You!
Sometime in April 2021, I received a phone call from the BioPharma Services Inc. Recruitment Department to do a study and during the conversation I was asked various questions such as if I had been on a study recently and I responded truthfully by stating that Yes, I did a partial one for Period One (1) with Pharma Medica, but I was Not able to finish because I got a temporary illness called Bell's Palsy which was back around Late February - March of 2021.
Moving Right Along: They told ME that I was still Qualified to be Screened for their Upcoming Medical Study and so they made ME an Appointment for Tuesday, April 13th, 2021 @ 11:30 a.m. When I got to the appointment, I was given a Booklet To Fill Out and Handed A Paper Bracelet To Wear With The Numbers Of: VP 018276 2575 Written On It. After I handed the booklet back to the receptionist, she then took my fingerprints and then looked back into the computer and Falsely Denied My Eligibility By Stating That I Am Already Involved In A Study that Expires On June 22nd, 2021 which In My Case Is 100% False!
I told the receptionist that I Only Completed Period One (1) For A Previous Study at Pharma Medica Several Months Ago Which I Could Not Finish Because I Got Bell's Palsy In My Face which was explained over the phone to their BioPharma Screener who told ME that I Am Still Eligible. However, when I explained this to your Very Rude, Inconsiderate, Nasty Female Receptionist, she Not Only Disbelieved Me, but even Refused To Call Pharma Medica To Verify What I Was Stating And Rudely Asked ME To Do It And Get Them To Update Their Records Even Though Their Records Are Obviously Already Updated Since I Was Their Volunteer.
