I am a small business owner from Germany. I paid 47,500 USD upfront for a 78,000 USD instrument to A. Firstenberg. A team of 10 trappers (his sales team) including Luke Waller worked for him. After paying him noone contacted me nor was anyone friendly to me anymore. Silence, nobody picked up the phone when I called etc.
Then a weeklong journey starts and I had to realize that he stole my money. No support from any US-authority.
i pray that he gets his punishment in this world, very soon.
