Don't send this guy any money. You won't get your book. I then opened up a helpdesk ticket and it was assigned to Anthony DiClementi himself. I explained the problem and he just closed the ticket without response. I responded four more times and he keeps closing the ticket as resolved. Still no book. His book is an entry into big ticket Up Sell$. If he's not going to honor a $12-15.00 book, what would he do in the big ticket upsells? Scam!
