I placed and order for 2 products, but the webiste froze and the order did not appear to go through. I then tried the order again and it went through. I received a confirmation number for the order. The company did not disclose during the order process that they were out of stock on the product and did nto yet having shipping dates for the order. When their was no communication about the order I sent an email stating I purchased 2 products and asking what the status of my order was. For the first time they stated they were out of stock and would respond to the orders in the order they were received.
4 products were shipped to my house ($1,800 for 4). I contacted the company to find out why they charged my card twice and sent 4 products and not 2. They first denied charging my card twice, I showed the receipts. They then claimed that I placed two orders, however, both orders have the same order number. I also pointed out my email wondering why no products were shipped and confirming I only ordered 2 products. The company stated that I could return the 2 extra products only if I paid the shipping for the returns. The shipping is very expensive.
This company refuses to accept responsibility for their own errors, not telling people they were out of stock and could not ship, taking days to respond to customer inquiries and then on sending double the order and blaming it on the customer. Refusing to arrange to send shipping labels for their products and to refund the entire purchase price. This company does business in an unfair and unethical way. Lots of BBB complaints, this is a company that likely needs to have a class action filed against it to get them to address consumer complaints properly.
Very poor experience, will never order from them again. There are much better companies around.
