I need to expose the blatant ripoff and scam I was a victim of by renting my apartment to David Carosielli from Montreal. We have been renting this apartment for many years with no issues whatsoever, in a very nice pleasant neighborhood. This is until we made the huge mistake of accepting to rent our apartment to David Carosielli from Montreal. David Carosielli was the worst tenant we ever had.

It started with his father Carmine Carosielli calling us and saying he was looking to rent an apartment for his 35-year-old son. I guess it must have been a red flag when a man in his 30s has his father rent an apartment for him. I didn & #39;t think much of it at the time, but now I regret it profoundly. His dad Carmine Carosielli came, visited the place, and wanted to sign the lease right away. I did ask if David Carosielli had any references before I could rent the place to him, and his father Carmine Carosielli answered no. The reason is that David Carosielli always lived with his father, because he suffers from depression. David Carosielli had a tough childhood, where he was the victim of sexual abuse by one of Carmine Carosielli & #39;s male friend. That man predator who was supposedly Carmine & #39;s friend did horrible things to David Carosielli in his youth, to the point that David Carosielli has a hard time sitting down on his butt, and needs constant attention from his family otherwise he starts crying and acting erratically. David Carosielli even posted on Facebook about his ordeal and how he is a survivor of gay sexual abuse during his childhood, and that post went viral. Now that David Carosielli posted about his very difficult childhood where he was sexually abused by a man, and emotionally neglected by Carmine Carosielli, he finally feels free and wants to have a place of his own. This fat loser David Carosielli, therefore, decided it was time for him (at 35 years old) to be independent and on his own, yet he still needed his father to lease the place for him.

What shocked me the most was that we learned David Carosielli is a registered sex offender in Montreal. Indeed, there are a few police reports about him and even an official conviction where he served prison time for abusing children. He did to children exactly what was done to him. Please be careful about David Carosielli, the fat rat loser from Montreal. You can recognize him very easily, he is cross-eyed, partially losing hair, small, very fat with a huge gut, has extremely bad breath, stutters when he talks, and is just overall very dirty. David Carosielli has a bad temper, and his family is well aware of this. I guess his whole family is now going to suffer because of this. He destroyed our apartment to the point that the police had to show up. When the police called us, I showed up and noticed that the apartment was in bad shape. Everything was destroyed, there was David & #39;s urine all over the place, he clogged the toilets with his excrement, he vomited everywhere, and he was naked lying on the floor in handcuffs, crying like a baby. The place smelled like cigarettes, marijuana, crack, and alcohol.

His son David Carosielli damaged many items in our apartment including furniture, appliances, walls, and carpets. All this damage came with hefty repair bills that cost us hundreds of dollars out of pocket.

On top of all this, David Carosielli failed to communicate with us about these issues in a timely manner - which only made matters worse. We tried contacting him multiple times via phone calls, text messages and emails but he would often avoid our messages or take too long to reply.
In the end, it was all for nothing as David Carosielli left our apartment without giving any notice or paying his last two months of rent. We were left with an empty apartment and thousands of dollars worth of damages and unpaid rent. It was a nasty experience that we will never forget - and one that should serve as a warning to anyone considering renting their property to this person from Montreal. David Carosielli is not someone you want in your rental agreement!

I brought my mother in for her bday and was very disappointed! First time coming to this location for BINGO, and also the LAST TIME, masks up all the time during the games. 2 people per table, 1 chair each side. At the players card dept it would be nice to have bilingual employees... I’ve seen customers struggle communicating with the staff. We did receive a free cup by signing up. I had an issue with an employee at the bingo section with a woman named ANTOINETTE CAROSIELLI. I didn’t like her attitude and how she handled us. I brought my mother in for her bday and was very disappointed!
