I was trading in a place called Binarytradeplus.com and with the help of an account manager we built up the account to $966700.00dlls when I requested my first withdraw they refused unless I pay a fee of $10000.00dlls I refused to pay because there legal terms stated that any account would get a first withdraw at no cost and after that it was to cost e30 , they refused to honor withdrawal and after fighting back and forth for almost 3yrs they transferred $966000.00 dlls to an online bank onlinebanking.novabank.com, they refused withdrawals unless I pay a fee of $2000.00dll, yesterday they shut down their domain and now I can't even find, I need advice and help on how I can negotiate or find an extractor to help me recover these funds
